Please Help me, i'm really really worried about it.
The answer is YES, certain features of the nose CAN be improved without surgery. Injectables, in general, are soft and non structural. They can be used to fill concavities and soften rough contours. Fillers, however, are no substitute for rhinoplasty, which in many cases is life changing, and can make an unattractive face beautiful. Depending on what you look like, what you want, and who does your surgery, rhinoplasty may be the best investment you ever make.
I am planning to have nose job next year because I can't afford it now. Can I have a non surgical nose job before true rhinoplasty surgery, or will a non surgical nose job prevent me from being able to have a rhinoplasty next year?
Non-surgical will not prevent surgical rhinoplasty, but may affect procedure planning and your result if the injected product is still present at time of consultation. If procedure is planned and performed with filler still in place, then filler dissipates months after the rhinoplasty, this will obviously affect your outcome.
Hard to anticipate exactly how long some injected products last. I've seen Restylane and Juvederm, which are only supposed to last six months or so, still be present two years (and longer) after placement.
Thinking about getting a non-surgical nose-job. I have a short, wide nose with an underprojected bridge. Similar to an Asian nose, thinking about using filler to build up my bridge. Profile is not bad, it's the front view I don't like. It occurred to me, I wonder what happens as you get older if I opted to use a permanent filler for example, with the aging nose. Everybody's nose seems to get or at least appears to get bigger as you age, so I'm wondering how a non-surgical nose-job will age?
While your question is important, nobody can predict the future and tell you with certainty what exactly will happen over time. My advice: Try temporary filler to augment selected nasal features (e.g. deeply applied Radiesse) first to be sure you are pleased with the outcome. The data I have seen shows that Aquamid, a permanent filler, does NOT migrate over time when used in small quantities for facial applications. This can undoubtedly vary depending on the circumstances.
