He specializes in only face and neck procedures. He is a gifted surgeon who also listens to his patients. I interviewed several renowned plastic surgeons in this area and Dr. H's experience, bedside manner and extra effort to make me feel comfortable was way beyond the call of duty!
Highly Recommend but You Have to Be Patient

I visited tons of doctors' websites before choosing my doctor... When I came in for a consultation, I was immediately impressed with him. He actually listened to what I wanted (a subtle change that would make me feel less self conscious about the size of my nose, but not so dramatic that my friends/family would notice.) It's been three months since the operation, and I'm really happy with the results! Plus, none of my friends even noticed! They just said things like, "you look great" or "you keep looking younger and younger" or "your eyes look really nice"... They could see that I looked better, but they weren't sure why! :) Great doc - highly recommend him!

He was recommended by a friend who is a surgical nurse who's been in the operating room with him and said he is the best. He believes in a very natural look. My eyes are perfectly symmetrical and look very natural - no wide-eyed plastic look. I will definitely go back to him.

I knew i was right all along, and all i needed was to find a good, trustworthy doctor and voila! My expectations were reasonable all along ¡ I also expected much from this doctor, and he lived up to my expectations thank you so much! I would post my pics but I am dealing with issues with being impersonated so sorry! I will be giving my pictures to Dr. Hilinski so if you want to see my results he can show them to you during your consult, :)

Had a face and neck lift for my 60th birthday and I went to 3 other surgeons before I saw Dr. Hilinski. Firstly his office staff is friendly, helpful, and generally outstanding. He's easy to talk to and his solution to my under eye hollows was to fill them with permanent filler. The other surgeons I saw had rather 'scary' ideas as how to fix that area. My face and neck lift along with the filler were 100% success. Don't worry about seeing Dr. Hilinski for a facelift, he's not going to make you look scary, strange, or oddly stretched, just gorgeous!

Dr. Hilinski is a wonderful physician. He performed a rhino revision for me several years ago. I referred a friend to him for a mini face lift, she was also very happy with her results. Skilled, patient and a good choice.

I paid $3100 for a full face laser skin resurfacing and took a week off work. On the day of surgery, I was called excessively by his staff to come in 3 hours early because he finished his earlier surgeries and the rental machine was there. He did the surgery in 30 minutes and I was wheeled out the door still sedated from the anaesthesia. I healed in 3 1/2 days and looked exactly the same. He said I would have results in 2 months. I didn't. I offered that he provide partial refund or even some juvederm injections since I had no results. He sent me a letter discharging me from his office. I took him to Small Claims court. I lost. Judge ruled that it was medical malpractice case and I did not have an expert witness as burden of proof.
