I had Exilis done to tighten my jowls and some loose skin on my neck. 12 minutes on each side is "standard" per the tech, which seemed ridiculously little time. It was not at all uncomfortable or painful. But the honest truth is that I saw/see no difference whatsoever. I feel this is a classic situation of wishful thinking . I just completed 4 treatments of the exilis body contouring and skin tightening on my stomach and back/side of thighs. It was hot, but very tolerable. After two kids I had a little bit of fat that I wanted to get rid of. I lost 1.5 inches on my stomach and roughly the same on my thighs. It's a nice, comfortable treatment. It gets really hot but not too hot. I have had 4 treatments on my neck, nasal labial fold and lines by my mouth where I usually get Restylane.
