I wanted to ask about the Paris Butt Lift which uses threads to lift the buttocks. My buttock starts out round at the top but then slightly sinks in halfway down and has fallen. I am interested in this procedure to lift the bottom half of my buttocks, but there's not much info as I understand this new. Any info is appreciated.
Hello,
Like the thread lifts for the face that were a failure, this sounds kinda scary. Be careful and research thoroughly before you allow this operation to be performed on your body.

I am 28 years old and use to be very active growing up. Over the past few years I have slowed down my activities and therefore have begun to have a sagging butt. For the past 3 years I have a second line about 1" under my butt crease. I have little to none visible cellulite, but I hate looking at the double line and it seems as though no matter how much weight training I do, I can't seem to get rid of it. What would be my best course of action?
Hello,
Without seeing the problem it is difficult to know a solution. You might be OK with a little liposuction or you might be better served with a lift.

Can a butt lift be done at the same time as a breast reduction?
Hello,
I usually recommend people to be wary about combining two larger scale operations in one sitting as expedience might short change you on each. Surgeons who book too much tend to do less surgery in order to get done. If you don't need full version of larger operations it can be possible without such a short changing. Just be careful and express with your surgeon what you want done. Surgery is not like buying a car off a lot with many of the exact same model available and interchangeable.
