I specialize in the no drain tummy tuck! Traditionally 2 drains are placed during the procedure to help remove any fluid collection. However I spend additional time closing the pocket with progressive tension sutures which will effectively improve the results and eliminate the need for drains which are painful and increase possible complications. To obtain the best result possible I also combine liposuction with the tummy tuck on both the abdomen and waist area to create a much better contour. The muscles are also tightened to completely flatten the abdomen. The incision is also placed as low as possible as to be hidden under a bathing suit. I also use a long lasting numbing medication that is placed during surgery so recovery is much more comfortable and place you in a compression garment to improve recovery and results.
