“One Week After Fraxel Treatment -...”
Its been one week since my fraxel treatment and I have been breaking out in whiteheads and cysts on my chin. My skin looks and feels smoother, aside from my crusty chin which has upset me a lot. I have sun damaged skin, I'm 46 years old and trying to age as gracefully as I can. I don't know if I'm going for my "planned" 2nd treatment or not next month. I will know more later. more

I have had acne most of my teenage years and now into my 30's Ive tried everything you can think of, pills, topical treatment, etc.. Except Acutane! I had my first Fraxel Restore treatment at 1:45 this afternoon. The cost was $1000 for the full face. “Fraxel Restore Treatment for Fine Lines”
I just got another restore treatment for fine lines. My first was at 50/7 settings and we bumped this one up to 60/8. I haven't had any problems with pain. And no negative post treatment issues.So here are my tips if it helps anyone:Go to a physician who has lots of experience using the device. Don't go to a medi-spa or a Doctor who doesn't have much experience using the device.DO go 1 1/2 hour more
I had my first Fraxel treatment yesterday. The settings were 35/8. The pain was not too bad. It started at about a 1-2 but after a couple of passes moved up to a 3-4. I have had two Fraxel treatments so far, about six weeks apart. My skin definitely looks refreshed and I'm seeing fading of my acne scars on my cheeks.
