Very impressed with Dr Yamahata expertise and educational background history.Looking to size up with gels, natural look.I am 5'1" 103. On a 1 to 10 basis my last breast augmentation was a three.I hope Dr Yamahata can give me the rounded at the top of the chest, not squared off look, nor too high natural look.Very nervous. Will do before and after for the communities benefit more
Having experienced deflated saline implants in the past, I was eager to find out about the cohesive gel implants that Dr. Kaczynski works with. My surgery was one week ago and I had no post-surgical pain, only minor discomfort during the first 3-4 days. No pain pills necessary. Healing has been very rapid, and I feel like a new lady. Knowing that these implants will last another 20-30... more
If you are looking to have a breast augmentation; I would encourage you to look elsewhere other than Dr. Semlacher. He is arrogant, apathetic, has poor communication skills, does not take the time to really understand his patients needs and desires. I recently went to him and had a suboptimal result which should have been apparent during the procedure. He then offered up some alternatives... more
After my first breast augmentation with a different plastic surgeon I was miserable with the wrong size and profile implants, and the worst part was he condescending and arrogant when I tried to talk to him about . It took a year to find the right doctor to help me fix the problem. I found Dr. Kaufman after alot of research and several consultations with different Plastic Surgeons. When I had... more
I currently have 300cc silicone gel implants submuscular placement. I am almost 10 months post op and have capsular contracture on the left breast and will be having a capsulectomy on Feb 13th. Since I am having surgery again I was contemplating if I should go bigger. Would 50cc's more make a difference? I just want to be a little more fuller but don't want to go up another cup size. Any... more
The staff is awesome! Dr. K also reshaped by making new pockets for my new implants, where they should have been before....I was so happy. The bruising and pain was minimal and the staff was very attentive and didn't rush me.I wanted a bigger implant, but he told me if I was to look natural,he would go as big as he could, then a year down the road,if I chose to go bigger,I could do so and look... more
I went to Doctor Yamahata after finding out I had a ruptured implant. I could only afford to have that side fixed and not only was he willing to fix the side that had ruptured, but when i developed a complication, he took quick action and monitored it throroughly. He even personally called me to make sure I was okay. He matched up the ruptured side perfectly to the other side. I am very... more
Looking to gain back what was lost from pregnancy. I had silicone implants placed in 2009 and then had a baby 2 years later...that was not planned and I deffinatly did not anticipate breastfeeding. Now my baby is 20 months and I'm looking to get a revision to have more volume. I would like to change my 400cc silicone implants to 500 or 550 cc silicone and I don't think I need a lift... more
