Arm Lift or Thermage for Upper Arms?

I'm 27 years old and had loose/sagged upper arms and had been hiding them forever. I desperately want to get rid of them. Will Thermage treatment remove the "bat wings"? How much reduction can one probably get from Thermage treatment? By the look of my upper arms, is the skin too loose for Thermage or arm lift is the only solution? I'm worried bout the scar though. Minimal Incision Brachioplasty or Traditional Brachioplasty?

A: Arm Lift or Thermage for Upper Arms?

Minimal incision Brachioplasty is your best option which is done in the axilla together with liposuction. The latter is not so much for fat removal but causing skin irritation to achieve better redraping of the skin.

Is It Safe to Have Thermage After Botox Injection?

Is it safe to have thermage CPT done 1 day after botox injection for Crow's fleet and forehead lines?

A: Thermage, radiofrequency waves, nonsurgical facelift

Thermage is a radiofrequency waves that tighten the skin. It is usualy efectiove for any part of the body. It is the "secret" of many celebrities including Demi Moore! It is non-surgical and can especially help that mildly sagging skin that has some uneveness, even cellulite of the thighs. I perform this non-surgical procedure in my office and it usuall takes about one hour. Patients have to be realistic about its results though. It does tighten in the majority of cases but never like a surgical exciusion of tissue. Watych my vieos and further info on website.
