Risks Of Removing Filler? Will It Affect Underlying Fat? (photo) I am very unhappy with Radiesse injections in my cheeks and am anxious to remove it. Is Hyaluronidase what should be used to dissolve the filler? Most importantly, I'm very concerned about losing underlying fat in my cheeks, is there a risk that I will have less than my natural fullness after this procedure? Thank you so much

A: Radiesse Reversal

Unfortunately hyaluronidase will not dissolve the Radiesse. It is used only for the hyaluronic based fillers. The Radiesse can be removed without any loss in the underlying fat. You should expect less fullness once the filler is removed and seek advice from your board certified specialist.

Can Radiesse Give Me More Symmetry to the Face? (photo) Dear ladies and gentleman, My problem is actually my asymmetric face, caused by my left cheek area, which is siginificantly more adipose than my right cheek site (pls. refer to the images). I already had jaw reduction by using botulinum toxin (10 days ago) and I have had hyularonic acid for cheek augmentation (2 month ago). Can radiesse help me to reshape the left cheek area so that I gets more symmetric with the right site and thus give me more symmetry to the face? Thank you very much!

A: Facial Asymmetry

It is difficult to say without a better evaluation of your face with multiple photo views or in person. Having said that, some asymmetry between both sides of the face is normal. There are ways to achieve more symmetry to the face that are longer lasting than Radiesse or hyaluronics and that have yielded great results.

I Have Restylane in my Cheeks, but Want to Use Radiesse. How Do I Do This? Hello there.I have restylane in my cheeks, but it is starting to dimish. I had quite a lot put in, and its going to leave a saggy face!!!I would like to use radiesse but i don't want to wait until the restylane is all gone. Is it ok to inject radiesse into the cheek where restylane may still be. Very grateful for an answer

A: Radiesse & Restylane

Generally you should not have to wait until the previous filler has dissolved completely before putting in additional filler, whether or not it is the same. However, please consult with a board certified specialist who can evaluate you and make the best recommendation for what you are trying to achieve.
