The Best There Is - Newport Beach, CA

After getting my first breast aug done by a "well known Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon" I thought that all plastic surgeons had crabby staff, long wait times, horrible post op appointments (where you see the physician assitant only)until I came to Dr. Grovers office! Even from the first call to book my consultation, his staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. The minute I met Dr, Grover I knew he was going to do my Breast Aug revision. He is very patient and explains EVERYTHING! He makes you feel comfortable with every step instead of rushing out to his next appointment. After my surgery I didnt have any bruising! And did I mention exceptional post operative care?? I saw Dr. Grover himself every post op appt instead of "an assistant".. Dr. grover and his staff are on it! I am soo happy with my results and I would refer anyone to Dr. Grover:)

I have visited many doctors in the area, and every time I left their office I had an uneasy feeling. A year later, I went to Dr. G’s office in Newport. Right off the Bat, his staff was extremely friendly and overall just amazing people. I can tell after Dr. G’s analysis, he was a perfectionist with a very pristine eye for natural perfection. Not, the cookie cutter “perfection” but a look that enhances not replaces. Being a male from a more conservative background that is exactly what I was looking for a subtle change nothing drastic. Furthermore, from all the Doctors that I have visited Dr. G was the only one who suggested building the bridge using tissue from the side of the head rather then cartilage. Which every doctor suggested. However, Dr. G explained that this is a new method to build that allows for a more natural look as well as a natural feel. Out of all the Doctors, Doctor G seemed to be the only one up with the new procedures. To me that is a huge deal.

Dr. Grover had great reviews online and I agree with all the great reviews. He is a phenomenal surgeon and I don't know why anyone would go to anyone else. He is a perfectionist and its you body, perfection is the only way. Dr. Grover and his staff had made me feel so comfortable going into the surgery in the weeks leading up to it that I was confident everything would be perfect, and that is exactly how things were...PERFECT. I have been wanting to have a breast augmentation for over 10 years. Finally, the last few years I got really serious about it and had multiple consultations. One of my best guy friends recommended Dr. Grover to me after having known a few girls who had their augmentation done by him and said they looked great and were very happy. I of course did my research on Dr. Grover and read as many reviews as I could in terms of recovery time which was my biggest concern. I'm a chiropractor so I have a very physical job and couldn't be away from my patients for any extended period of time. When I saw a couple post-op videos by a few of his patients stating they felt fine and were able to work the next week I was sold. I also looked through more pictures of pre and post-op breast augmentations than I would have ever thought possible. Dr. Grover has so many pictures on his site and they all looked phenomenal. I looked at other plastic surgery sites but i was not as impressed with the end results as I was with Dr. Grover's. If you are considering surgery do what I did, read all the reviews, look at pictures of other doctors and you will end up with the same result I did...knowing that Dr. Grover is the one you can trust to do a great job. Surgery should be scary, but I wasn't nervous at all. Dr. Grover and his staff do an excellent job of answering any and all of your questions and making sure everything goes great. You will not regret seeing Dr. Grover for your breast augmentation. I recommend him to everyone. My family is coming from out of state to have him do any of their surgeries in the future. If I ever choose to do any surgery in the future I would know just where to go. Thank you Dr. Grover so much for my new breasts! I couldn't be happier with my new body. I am so happy!

Eyelid Surgery
I chose Dr. Grover through word of mouth & seeing the results of other happy patients. After several consultations with other doctors, I met with Dr. Grover. He immediately saw what I was wanting to improve and suggested a few courses of treatments with various lengths of downtime, results, and costs. He gave his highest recommendation which also promised the longest lasting results. Dr. Grover's staff was great, the surgical center was very accommodating, and Dr. Weatherwax the anesthesiologist was superb. Dr. Grover did an amazing job that rendered natural looking results. I would recommend him to anyone considering blepharoplasty.

He is by far the best overall doctor or surgeon that I have ever come into contact with. I have a great deal of health issues, so unfortunately, I've seen countless doctors and surgeons. I came to Dr. Grover basically with disfigured breasts due to previous breast augmentations BEFORE I met him. I was very embarrassed at the site of them, even if I was alone. Needless to say, I went to my first appointment feeling very embarrassed and apprehensive. His honesty, caring nature, kindness, and overall demeanor makes you immediately comfortable regardless of how embarrassed you may be before you meet him. He truly takes his time with you, and will never make you feel like he is in a rush to get to the next patient. He makes certain that he explains everything to you in detail, and that you actually understand everything you've talked about before you leave. You will never walk out of his office with a question unanswered, or an answer that you are foggy on. His actual skills are so amazing. He is extremely detail oriented (which is a must for plastic surgery).. you'd be surprised to find out how many surgeons are NOT detail oriented! Dr. Grover far surpassed all of my expectations (even though I had read all of the great reviews!). He is just an overall amazing man. You will know you have met YOUR surgeon on the first visit! All of his staff are amazing as well! You will be beyond thrilled with his work!

Dr. G demands perfection from himself and he delivers it! I am thrilled with the results from the lipo he performed on my stomach, upper arms, back and thighs. His staff is exceptional! If you are looking for a professional doctor who prides himself in perfection and has great bedside manners with a very calming voice, then Dr. G is the one for you. I also had VelaShape done and I highly recommend it! I saw a difference in the appearance of my skin in just 1 treatment! I will definitely go back to Dr. G for any future proedures I may need.

Dr. Grover answered all my questions about what I could do - other than a face lift again. He made recommendations for 3 things that would give me the results I wanted without surgery. Ulthera was the first step. His trained nurse administered the ultherapy and she was very good. I had been seeing Dr. Grover for breast revision surgery which he did for me. He is an artist and a very compassionate, caring doctor.

Dr. G is the most caring, kind surgeon I have met. He makes you feel that you will have all the time you need with him. He is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. Dr. G really listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. His staff is unbelievable - very knowledgeable, caring, efficient. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type surgery. I did months and months of extensive research and came across him on a top surgeons in california list. His background of schooling, awards, media and certifications are incredible. After months and months of tedious searching for the perfect surgeon, I almost was afraid that one didn't exist. Until I found Dr. Grover. He changed my life! He is so amazing I can't even believe how lucky I am to have had this experience. He is a perfectionist to the extreme and the proof is in his work. It was life changing without a doubt a positive experience overall I'm so grateful for Dr. Grover and his lovely staff for all their effort to make my experience and procedure a positive and comfortable experience. They really went the extra mile to make sure I understood the details of the process and what to expect with my procedure. Dr. Grover and his staff are the absolute best! I credit them for making my experience a positive one and making me feel so comfortable. Dr. Grover has an excellent and professional demeanor always patient and explains in detail what to expect at all phases of the process. He is one of the best surgeons out there and meticulous about everything he does. Something you really appreciate when you are trusting him for such a lengthy procedure. He also surrounds himself with excellent professionals in the surgery center, anesthesiologists and aftercare. Top notch all of them and I'm so grateful for their care. I think my tummy looks better now than before I had children and c-sections :) THANK YOU!!!!
