24 years ago I went to Dr Nichter for a mastectomy on 1 breast and reconstruction. He did implants on both breasts which is hard to make look even and natural and he did a wonderful job. One of my implants had ruptured (which is very common after 24 years). I came back to him to replace the implants and do a lift on the natural breast. He once again did an amazing job. They look beautiful! He is a highly skilled plastic surgeon who is also so knowledgeable and respected in his field and is triple board certified! He is also extremely compassionate and very honest. You are in excellent hands with Dr Nichter and his excellent staff. I cannot recommend him enough. Just to read his resume you know you are going to one of the best!

I am extremely happy with the LiteLift procedure that Dr.Nichter performed on me last November. He prepared me quite well by providing detailed description of the before, day of and after surgery steps. My recovery was timely according to the projected schedule and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr.Nichter as a highly skilled, compassionate, warm and caring plastic surgeon who will deliver high quality cosmetic surgery results as promised.

After doing extensive research and meeting with many different doctors in Newport and Beverly Hills, I decided to book my surgery with Dr. Nichter. I felt that he made me feel the most comfortable and his experience in this industry and how much he cares about giving back to the community really stood out to me. I have my breast augmentation surgery scheduled for this Thursday and I've been very anxious/nervous but I fully trust that I'm in good hands. I found Dr. Nichter on this app and found the reviews so helpful so I will be posting a full review post surgery !

Dr. Nichter is truly an incredible surgeon. He is one of the most meticulous surgeons that I’ve met. Like the attention to detail is incredible, especially when he explains things. I don’t know about you, but that’s what I look for in a doctor! I want to understand everything and he really took the time to answer all my questions. Not only that, but I felt like it was clear from the start that he cares so much. If you ever watch a staff and how they interact with the doctor, it can be really telling. I pay attention to these things! Everyone at the office was so kind and made sure that I felt comfortable with the process. I could go on and on… but let me just say this: if you not sure where to begin like I was, go see Dr. Nichter!! I’m rarely one to give advice or write reviews but I felt compelled after this whole experience. Only other thing I want to say is THANK YOU Dr. Nichter! You are amazing and I am forever grateful.

Dr. Nichter went above and beyond my expectations. As a nurse and someone who is extremely observant, I am aware of even the slightest subtleties in demeanor, bedside manner, and especially the way that physicians explain procedures and answer questions. Dr. Nichter explained everything extensively and even offered to show me the research article he published on the data behind the safety of Ideal implant use. In the scientific community, this is a highly respected accomplishment and Dr. Nichter has numerous publications which is wildly impressive. He is wicked smart, yet incredibly humble. I could not believe how humble he was! He is quite literally one of the most qualified and experienced surgeons in not just plastic surgery, but reconstructive surgery (among many other talents) that he even does pro-bono for people in third world countries who suffer from genetic or accidental bodily malformations. Like seriously, could this man be any more of a gift to society? Lol. It has been almost 12 months from my breast augmentation with Ideal implants and I could not be any happier. The pre-op, surgery, and post-op appointments could not have been more pleasant and enjoyable with Dr. Nichter and his awesome staff like Mary Anne and Lauren. These girls are great at making people feel welcome and comfortable which is so important for me as a patient. My results are amazing. The Ideal implants do not make my breasts feel hard or unnatural looking at all. All I did was show Dr. Nichter a photo of my wish pic and told him I wanted my breasts to be proportional to my body size and he did exactly that. He is a perfectionist so he definitely makes sure the size is just perfect in relation to the wish pic. I was worried about scarring and have had surgery before with horrible scars but Dr. Nichter has such a steady hand that my scars are barely noticeable. I am prone to poor scarring so they are still a little red but that's my own body's fault! Such a clean and small incision line though, I love it. Dr. Nichter, if you are reading this thank you so much for your impeccable work, compassion to help and to educate your patients, and for being more than just our plastic surgeon. You have made your mark on this society in more ways than one, yet you continue to treat your patients with respect and go above and beyond to care for us. I'm sorry this review is long overdue! For potential patients: If you are on the fence, do yourself the biggest favor and make this search for your plastic surgeon much easier by going with Dr. Nichter.

I had the the most AMAZING experience with Dr. Nichter. I first got breast implants with him back in 2006 and it was perfect. May 2021, I went back to get a full mommy make over with him (breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction of arms, chin & things). Dr. Nichter and his staffs are amazing from the beginning to end. It has been truly a life changing experience for me. I absolutely love my results. Dr. Nichter is a world class surgeon. I even got less scaring on my breast than I thought I would get with a breast lift. He calls you after surgery and takes very good care of you. The results speak for itself. I can not be happier. He is the best!!

I had my BA revision (capsular contracture on my left breast & 4 inch lift on my right breast) done with Dr Nitcher in mid Jan 2021. It's been over 3 months, million thanks to his meticulous work that the scar tissues doesn't (hopefully will never) recur. The surgery went over 3 hours, he spent lots of time getting rid of the scar-tissues in my left breast and replacing both implants symmetrically, the previous surgery had not done well, my left breast was pulled left & higher than the right one. He put me on Singulair & lots of recovery supplements for pre & post ops, my recovery went so painlessly & quickly. I'M SUPER HAPPY with the result. Thank you Dr Nitcher for such a magical work!

Hi everyone, I decided to write a review and document my breast augmentation journey for those who are interested in having breast implants in the future or are just curious about what size 255cc implants would look like on them. I had my ready augmentation on January 27, 2021, during COVID with Dr. Larry Nichter in Newport Beach. I chose Dr. Nichter while looking through RealSelf and found that he had the most experience out of all the surgeons in my area and he had a lot of positive reviews. My goal initially was to have implants that looked natural and fit my body proportions. I was debating between 215-255cc and ultimately let my surgeon chose what looked best on me and what looked most like the picture instead. Updated on 2 Feb 2021: Went to see Dr. Nichter for a post op checkup. He said everything is healing perfectly and that my implants are already dropped and now I have to wait for the fluffing to happen. Overall I felt little to no pain and I stopped all of my medication on day 3. I did not even have to use my prescribed painkillers and just used Tylenol to manage the little pain I had. I can do almost everything by myself without assistance. The doctor told me that I can sleep however way I want if I feel comfortable to and I can go without a sports bra. Overall I just feel some tightness and some numbness near the incision site. My breasts feels firm but it should soften up soon. My nipples are half sensitive and half numb which is kind of weird but the doctor says that it’s completely normal and that feeling should return in the following months. Updated on 8 Feb 2021: Updated on 12 Apr 2021: So far I love my new boobs. They have softened up a lot and the scars are slowly turning pink. Since I live in Southern California I have been taping up my scars with Hy tape with spf 50 to protect the scars from the sun. All of my friends and family barely noticed I got a boob job but they do say that it’s very natural looking and it fits my frame perfectly. I am glad that I let my surgeon operate and choose my size for me and I am very happy with the end result. Still waiting for my boobs to fluff out a little bit but overall my surgeon says that this is how it’s going to look like from now on. Updated on 17 May 2021: After about 5 months, I have noticed that my left implant is clearly lower than my right. When my arms are raised I see that the scar is not where it’s supposed to sit and my nipples are pointed upwards which is a tell tale sign of bottoming out. I’m going to revisit doctor Nichter to see what he says.

This is my second time getting surgery with Dr Nichter and another wonderfully positive experience! He is a very experienced & meticulous surgeon (He's on the board of plastic surgeons so in charge of reviewing other surgeons certifications.) He is VERY good at what he does and truly ultimately wants the best for his patient. I have healed slowly due to a medical condition & he has called me several times to personally feed back on concerns I had. He's also over just a nice day & unsurprisingly does pro-bono work overseas. My result from a lift and augmentation is gorgeous! And I'm only a few weeks in. So so impressed, please stop looking and get signed with Dr N :)))

I heard Dr. Nichter from online the reviews, before meeting him, I also went to a few other places to consult. When I met with Dr. Nichter, and after talked to him, I decided to choose him as my surgeon, he performed a wonderful job, and also very caring and called me the evening after surgery to care about how it goes. I really appreciated his caring and help. I healed so fast than I imagine it would have been, my boobs look so natural and beautiful. I can't express how happy and lucky I am to have Dr. Nichter as my surgeon, and really appreciate him and his work team have done for me. If anyone who considering do it , I highly recommed Dr. Nicther.
