I checked out many Dictors befor Dr Nuchter and I am so happy I ended up with him as my doctor. He is the best of the best. I am very happy with my choice of procedures and Doctor. It was always my choice what procedures with no pressure and only guidance. The staff was wonderful and very professional. I have found a great Doctor and some very good friends. I was very nervous before the procedure but looking back I was in great hands.

I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Nichter over the last 10 years. He is THE BEST. Great surgeon, spends the time you need, and cares about what is best for you. He doesn't "sell" anything, in fact a few times he told me he didn't want to do a lipo surgery I wanted as there was so little to work with. I would never consider another surgeon and have been beyond pleased with everything

Dr. Nichter was recommended to me by a friend who had several procedures performed by him. My first impression of Dr. Nichter was that he was not just out to perform procedures, but rather concerned about the proper procedure needed. He spent time talking to me, discussing possible options. I felt that Dr. Nichter was very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff was very friendly and professional.

I was referred by a friend who had plastic surgery and was very happy with the results and the doctors. Dr. Larry is the most competent, skilled and wonderful surgeon in CA. The office staff and nurses are the loveliest people I have met. They are all very helpful, caring and intelligent. I just saw my photos posted to his website! OMG! You can look in the mirror every day and say,” Yes, I look and feel better,” however when I saw the photos I was blown away. What an amazing job!

December 2010, I had a Breast Augmentation with an Areola Reduction w/ Dr. Nichter. As you probably may know by now, it is very nerve reckon and emotional when it comes to which surgeon is right for you and what size will be best fit for your physique or wants. Dr. Nichter has definitely been very informative with all my questions, even offered more, and took his time to listen to my needs and wants without making me feel rushed but at ease. He definitely listened rather than telling me, also recommended but made assured that it is my decision and what I know will be best for me. The day of Surgery, it was very pleasant from the nurses in the surgery room with outgoing and upbeat personalities, to the anesthesiologist who showed graciousness, to Dr. Nichter, who assured me of the procedures that will be performed. This definitely made my nerves calm and felt I was in the hands of a good Surgeon and his team. In addition, Dr. Nichter took additional time to assure that I will get the results I wanted, he could of just done what he can and leave it at that but as a very pleasing Surgeon he is, he wanted to make it possible. In which, he did and that was very gratifying. To know that a surgeon is willing to do what it takes to get the results of a patients wants is all that you can ask for. Never have expectations and when it happens, just be grateful. Thanks to Dr. Nichter, he has given me that extra boost of confidence and self esteem. I am now complete. I don't have any complaints or regrets. My husband loves it and I have gotten many compliments from my friends and family. I am currently 16 months Post-op and can say I am 100% satisfied with my results and experience. I have not encounter any terrible recovery, any complications, or complaints. But when I did have questions or concerns, Dr. Nichter and his nurses returned my calls the same day. If they were extremely busy, their staff would call to let me know that I will get a return call as soon as a nurse is available. They are very attentive to their patients. LOVE THAT! Dr. Nichter and his staff are very pleasant to work with. A great Surgeon needs an excellent staff and that equals Pacific Center For Plastic Surgery. Side note: I know many of us question about getting back to exercising after a Breast Augmentation. Yes, you will be able to get back into your daily exercise regimen, strength, and more. I had a full tummy tuck with lipo of the upper abdomen, flanks, hips, upper back and that gross extended boob I have under my arm! hahaha Dr. Nichter has a very calm demeanor; he is very thorough and has answered every one of my questions. He makes me feel comfortable and he is very professional. My results are amazing! I, never in my wildest dreams, thought I would ever look as good as I do now! I am getting compliments left and right! I was truly paranoid patty and a skeptic right after my surgery, but everything Dr. Nichter advised would happen was spot on! I feel absolutely amazing and would recommend Dr. Nichter to any and everyone that asked! His staff is phenominal as well. Summer and Barbara are always a pleasure to speak with and they make me feel very welcomed and comfortable. They are both true sweethearts! The wait time is amazing also! I have not waited more then 5 minutes before they call me back to a room. Dr. Nichter comes in after just enough time for me to change into my gown! Thank you Dr. Nichter and Staff! He was kind, answered all my questions. Sent follow up emails/calls. I was referred to him through my sister in law who had hers done with him. I was ref. to Dr. Nichter from my sister in law, I went in for a consultation & set my appointment for two months after. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and process. Dr. Nichter was amazing and do helpful. Esp his staff. I have since referred over two of my friends who have had theirs done with Nichter and through the belly button as well. Great new way for it to be done. I'm very happy! Thank you so much!!

I found Dr. Nichter 9 years ago. I was looking for a surgeon to fix my nose. I had rhinoplasty and it was done horribly and I went through hundreds of photos of different surgeons, on the internet, trying to find a surgeon to help me. When I saw Dr. Nichter's rhinoplasty photos, I was impressed. After having a consultation with him, I knew that he was the doctor to fix my botched rhinoplasty. The surgery was a huge success.

Saw an ad in a magazine then attended one of their seminars. Dr. Nichter is very caring and attentive. He listens to his patient and he is very serious about what he is doing. He pays attention to every detail and provides very useful suggestions.I felt very confident doing my procedure with him even though it was very difficult for me to decide if I want to go through any procedure or not. His staff and him self were very critical to provide me with the confidence of going through the procedure.

I am so pleased I found Dr. Nichter. From my first contact with his office to today 4 weeks after surgery Dr. Nichter and his staff have been so wonderful. During my initial consult he took his time and made sure that all of my many questions were answered. I never felt rushed. I explained in detail what I wanted and he communicated with me exactly what he was going to do. I felt confident in his ability to perform. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Nichter came in to mark my body and he told me he had been reviewing my case and was excited to give me my new look. He told me that he loved his job and he made me very relaxed and optimistic. Dr. Nichter is very understanding and he really listens to you without judgement. He is an amazing doctor and a true artist. I would highly recommend Dr. Nichter.
