Dr. S, Is the Best!, he perform a Sinus Surgery on me a couple of months ago. I am very pleased with all the procedure. As he answer each and everyone of my questions before and after surgery, he also explained the procedure to me step by step. He is also very approachable but at the same time very professional. Dr. S cares a lot for his patients he even will provide you with his personal telephone number just in case of an emergency or if you have questions after your surgery. He is by-far the first doctor in his field that as I met him he made me make you feel comfortable. "also prior to my Sinus Surgery I was suffering with horrible migraines, its was even hard to breed due to the Sinus pressure, but since my Surgery, No more nasty migraines or stuffy nose" Thanks Dr. S

I got his number on the radio and decided to schedule a free consultation. The staff was so friendly and informative. They bragged so much about Dr Sajjadian and said he was wonderful and the best Dr to have my surgery with. Dr Sajjadian was kind and caring. He answered all my questions and is triple board certified. I am so pleased and would trust Dr Sajjadian with any procedure! My procedure was in march and I still go to him for re checks. I feel like he's my friend. His staff is super nice, knowledgable and friendly specially Daisy who always got my questions and concerns addressed right away. Dr Sajjadian is far and I'm always stuck in traffic but he's so worth the drive! If I ever decide to have another procedure he will the one to do it.

I happened to stumble across Dr. Sajjadian's website when looking for another doctor my co-worker referred me to. I went to 4 different surgeons-all of them were arrogant and full of themselves, however Dr. S was different. My first consult was about 1.5 hours. He took his time and explained everything I asked and other things that I did not. He made me feel completely comfortable-he was very humble and down to earth. I had my own opinions about what I wanted and he told me what the best routes were. I did not initially want to get implants, but he explained why I should. Everyone in the office was nice and personable, especially Mary Anne. The surgical team answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable. After surgery, all of my concerns were addressed and he told me what to expect. I feel that when it comes to surgery, you have to have complete trust in your surgeon and I did. CHOOSE DR. S!

My experience with the staff and Dr. Sajjadian overall has been amazing, I had been referred by a friend who had her breast augmentation done and she said how friendly and comfortable she felt talking with the doctor and then through her own procedure and how happy she was after. I didn't know what to expect and had some fears about having surgery myself. When I met Dr. Sajjadian, My friend was right. Dr. Sajjadian was more than kind and very easy to talk to. I chose to have my surgery with him because of the inspiration and positivity he gave when talking with me. So i went to see Dr. Sajjadian to see what his thoughts were. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and courteous. Dr. Sajjadian was very friendly as well and patiently listened to my concerns. I feel he gave me an honest and professional opinion about what i needed to feel better about how i looked. He didn't suggest multiple things i needed done. Just what was necessary to acheive the results i was looking for. And i am more than pleased with the results! He did an amazing job! I live in another state and came to OC to have the breast augmentation surgery after reading many positive reviews of Dr. Sajjadian on the RealSelf. Actually, I met another plastic surgeon in the OC for consultation before I made my final decision, but it turned out to be very disappointing - that surgeon spent less than half of the time with me than Dr. Sajjadian did, and was much less caring. What was most helpful for me to make the final decision is confidence in Dr. Sajjadian. I was very concerned about the procedure and potential negative consequences. Dr. Sajjadian has been very patient with me, addressing my concerns and questions with respect and understanding. I was also debating about the implant size. Dr. Sajjadian is very experienced, and he persuaded me to go at least about 25cc more than I planned (I started with A-). I am so glad that I listened to him and accepted his suggestion. I would be regretted if I stick to my original plan and get a smaller size implant : ) I am very happy with the current results. Dr. Sajjadian did a wonderful job, the real stitch was almost invisible although I learned that it will take a longer time for the pigment around the wound to disappear. I look forward to that day. From taking the surgery to the recovery, there were many emotional up and down. But knowing that I am in good hands and having confidence in Dr. Sajjadian make the whole procedure less painful. They also have wonderful staff, very helpful, caring, and warm. The whole experience has been very pleasant. Highly recommend.

I met with quite a few other plastic surgeons but when I met dr. Sajjadian I knew he would be the perfect plastic surgeon. He genuinely cares about his patients and only wants the best results! LIFE CHANGING!! Those are the words that come to mind when I see, speak, and hear the name Ali Sajjadian. I was first introduced to him in 2007 after the birth of my second child. I needed a tummy tuck desperately. A single mother of 2 at 23 could not possibly go the rest of her life feeling embarrassed or ashamed to show her belly. Not to mention those tiger stripes. Dr. Sajjadian gave me back my confidence. I loved, loved, loved his work! Loved his work so much that now at 28 I decided to go back and finish what I started. Dr. Sajjadian performed a breast reduction, breast lift, and augmentation of the buttock by fat transfers in Feb 2012. Complaints about my results NEVER, regrets UN-THOUGHT OF... his work so precise to my body, intricacy that I was taken back by. My breast look amazing. I could not be more happy.. BUT what I was most impressed by, was me not being just another number on a chart, he took the time to get to know me, personally reached out after my surgery (while on a business trip) not just once but continuously to insure I was well. I would like to share my experience with Dr. Sajjadian as a medical student. Dr. Sajjadian is not just an elite plastic/reconstructive surgeon; he is a humble, sophisticated and talented person with straight forward answers in a nutshell. If details about a certain procedure of interest are your aim, Dr. Sajjadian is the surgeon who will always provide them in a sequential and logical manner so no matter what the patient's background is, he/she will be well rounded by the time the consultation is over. Also, what sets Dr. Sajjadian from other plastic surgeons is his artistic side that uses it to give the best results possible. I have met people in his office where I was not able to identify that they have undergone a rhinoplasty for example; their noses looked so real (men and women). Most important, if straight forward, unbiased opinion is your goal, I truly believe that Dr Sajjadian's ability to offer such an insight is outstanding. After all, his extensive experience and updated knowledge allow him to spot a certain problem offering an aesthetic solution that is as perfect as it can get. I believe that he is one of the best. After meeting for a consultation with Dr. Sajjadian I made the decision that this was the doctor who would do my surgery. He was eager to hear what I wanted to change about my nose, as well as telling me what he thought would look best for me. The day of the surgery I was extremely nervous, but he was there before the operation to reassure me that everything was going to be fine. He was referred to me by a cosmetic doctor. Dr. Sajjadian is a rear doctor to find, a true gem. He is triple board certified so he could help with the ENT and cosmetic issues with my nose. He is warm and sincere (excellent bedside manner) and treats his patients like family. When I went in for check ups he acted like it was his nose. He is not just a surgeon, but also an artist. We learned about Dr Sajjadian at San Pedro Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. I began researching the procedure and plastic surgeons, I decided to go with Dr Sajjadian. Dr Sajjadan answered all my questions and his personality made me feel very comfortable. Which to me is crucial since your surgeon is taking a pivotal role in changing your life. There were a few other surgeons that I had met with, but they didn't seem like "the one". And even 1 month post op I still have no regrets and am very pleased with the outcome. During a recent physical exam with my gynecologist, even my gynecologist was impressed with the work Dr Sajjadian had done on my midsection. The procedure was done at South Bay Surgical Center. All the staff there is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I look forward to seeing them on my follow up visits since they are always so attentive and genuinely friendly. The assisting RN Adrianna was truly outstanding and made me feel at ease especially the day of surgery. There is not one negative thing I can say about my experience.

I absolutly love this office! Dr. Sajadian is the most professional Dr. out there. I have been to plenty of offices for consultations, but i knew this was the one for me. the staff is friendly, you dont feel judged or uncomfortable. I heard about them from a friend. Dr Ali Sajjadian was very comferting and did an amazing job with my boobs as well :) . Not only was the Dr. good and the assistant Daisy Ramirez was also so nice to me and also treated very pleasent.

The doctor was very easy to talk with and honest. He called upon us to check how I was doing. He is really a great doctor and when I came here I knew this is the right surgeon for me eventhough his fees were higher. I told my sister to come to him eventhough she is overseas because i know the eye surgery is hard to do great and to do it right and is in very important and sensitive part of the face. I am happy with my results thanks to him.

A doctor friend had done a lot of research and his wife had surgery by him and was happy and she looked fantastic...Dr Sajjadian made me feel very comfortable and was very personable. My Mom's Cousin had rhinoplasty done by Dr Sajjadian and he was very happy with his rhinoplasty results so he referred us to him. I was told that he is an expert in middle eastern rhinoplasty When I came in for rhinoplasty consult, the doctor and staff were very kind, poilte, professioanl and helpful and gave me honest opinion on my situation. they gave thoughtful advice. My dad wants to come and talk with dr sajjdian to see how he can fix his breathing problem and he has had two operation on his nose twice in past and now wants to fix it. Dr sajjadian explained the procedure in detail and thourougly. He explained why i had to have the specific procedure and the particulars about it. He went over the after surgery care with me and my husband and he was very kind, courteous, and compassionate and the entire experience has been very comfortable. I went to Dr.Sajjadian after consulting with several other doctors. He made me feel comfortable and was very thorough when answering my questions. Even after going over the same things numerous times, which I tend to do, he was patient and professional. I was very apprehensive about the procedure and he assured me that I was in good hands. He did a great job. Before, during, and after surgery he cared for me as if I was a family member. I honestly feel that he has always had my best interest at heart and I am pleased with the results of my augmentation and minor lift. He is a wonderful doctor and I would highly recommend him!!

I never had to wait long and they are always there to answer my questions at office visits or over the phone. It has been a great experience from the beginning.
