Dr. Sajjadian and his team are truly the best. I underwent a revision rhinoplasty after not being happy with the outcome done with another surgeon and a breast lift and augmentation. Dr. Sajjadian made sure to set the expectations clearly, listen to my concerns, and made me feel taken care of every step of the way from the initial consultation to all post operative care. I had quite a few concerns due to the outcome of my first surgery and the difficult case my nose presented. Dr. Sajjadian went above and beyond in alleviating any concerns I had. He has also been so proactive and thorough in aftercare that I could not have expected such positive results. Everyone in the office is amazing as well and has been so kind throughout the entire process. Nima, Liz, Melissa, and Maricela have been incredible and welcoming from day one! I had seen two other doctors in Newport Beach for breast augmentation consultation— and almost scheduled the procedure with one of them! Right before I finalized the procedure with another doctor, I remembered I wanted to see Dr. Sajjadian for a consultation. I decided to hold off with the other doctor until I was able to get a consultation with Dr. Sajjadian— and I am SO GLAD I did that! The minute I walked into Dr. Sajjadian’s office I felt very comfortable and I felt like he and all of his staff listened carefully to my desired outcome & hopes for surgery. I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure from him or any of his staff, and I felt that Dr. Sajjadian took his time in our consultation to answer all of my questions and make sure he understood what my goals were. I moved forward with the surgery with Dr. Sajjadian and even on the day of the procedure, he asked me if there were any questions I had unanswered. I felt so calm throughout this entire process and felt totally confident in him! I am about one week out from surgery and so far I am so happy with the results! I had minimal discomfort and I already am feeling almost back to normal aside from some soreness. I want to add that I have called a few times to ask questions to the staff, working mostly with Melissa. I have always felt very well taken care of & that they took time to answer any questions! I normally don’t write reviews, but felt it was important to do so because if you’re anything like me, getting surgery is a huge decision that can feel overwhelming. They are always professional, kind, and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and informed. I've had the best experience with Dr. Sajjadian and his team! Everyone has been very kind and helpful in answering all my questions. I had a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation 6 months ago and I am very happy with my results! Dr. Sajjadian gave me exactly what I asked for and was very thorough in explaining the whole process and making sure I felt comfortable.

Hands down the best surgeon I’ve ever encountered. I have a very complicated surgical history due to poor decisions by my parents when I was a child. I’ve spent a good portion of my adult life dealing with those mistakes. My husband and I are physicians and naturally very selective with our own medical care. Dr. Sajjadian approached my case with empathy, compassion, and the right amount of reassurance, realistic expectations, and hope. He kept me informed at every step of the way. He is not just a plastic surgeon. He is a triple-boarded, facial reconstruction surgeon. He had to re-build my nose from the ground up with multiple grafts and fascia. He did not give up until it was up to his standards. This combination of traits is not easy to find nowadays. We’re just very blessed we found him!

I tried trusculpt , I feel like it didn't work save your money it's not a big enough difference with one treatment . I am 5"4 138 lbs I feel like I had a small lower belly pooch after a tummy tuck in 2019 and this made no difference in my pooch

Hands down the best choice I made when I decided to have my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Sajjadian. I highly recommend him and would do it all over again. Low pain and easy recovery and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming from start to finish.

I can quickly breathe much easier than before and after the surgery, it’s a big difference for me! It’s my 4th month! I definitely feel safe going to the doctor for the rhinoplasty, the doctor said after a year my nose will gets better.

I had rhinoplasty/septoplasty a week ago with Dr. Sajjadian. He did an amazing job, I could not have went with a better surgeon! I had a very complex nose. I had already paid in full with another surgeon for rhinoplasty and came across dr. Sajjadian and decided to go with him instead. It was worth the money I lost!
