i found the descriptions of mini lift procedure fit my need for moderate facelifting. can a doctor offer a price or cost range for the mini face lifting surgery?
Mini lifts vary in price from State to State and Doctor to Doctor. A mini lift should cost less than a full-face lift. An approximate fee for mini lift is between $6,000 and $15,000. Select your surgeon by experience and skill and not by the cost of the surgery.
I have had Radiess injected into my nasolabial folds every 8 months for the past 2 and one-half years. I no longer like the way it looks and plan on having a mini face lift soon. Thank you.
You can proceed at anytime with the minilift. Radieese is a sub-dermal filler and a minilift is a surgical tightening of the superficial muscle layer deep to where the injections are placed. You still may consider occasional injectable fillers after a lift but see how well you do with the surgical result. I usually ask patients to wait about 6 months after the surgery before considering fillers.
I am a 42 year old woman and getting a mini face/neck lift + upper eyes. I am about a few pounds heavier than I would like since Christmas but nothing extreme, that Bikram yoga quickly sorts out so I am wondering if I should just get to actual ideal or ..will this have much of an impact to go ahead and have surgery booked 30 JAnuary ? Deliberating if I need to defer for another 30 day or will it be fine to work with? Surgery is with Basrim Matti who like God.....!Please advise :-)
Facelifts are about tightening muscle layers in the face and neck. Most people are gaining and losing the same 10-20 pounds over much of their adult life. For those people the timing of the facelift surgery is not important even if they are planning some form of face and neck liposuction. People who have had massive weight loss after bariatric surgery (100+ lbs.) are a different situation and there are concerns regarding their metabolic status. Proceed as planned and good luck.
