What natural, non-surgical methods that will produce the same results as surgery for mael breast reduction?
There is no treatment (non-surgical) that can give the results that surgery can for male breast reduction. Gynecomastia (excess male breast tissue) is typically treated with a combination of liposuction to removes excess fat plus direct excision of breast tissue through a small areolar incision. Non-surgical treatments can not remove the breast tissue, which is quite firm. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation to see which approach is best for you.

I am getting gynecomastia surgery. Which is better for a thinly built person? Removing fat by manually cutting it out versus liposuction. The extra breast tissue is going to be removed for sure. I've read that surgeons have different techniques.
The treatment for gynecomastia, weather it be a direct excision, liposuction, and/or both, is directly related to the patient's anatomy. If a patient is thin and has a discrete gland under the areola, then direct excision is the treatment of choice. If there is a lot of fatty tissue, liposuction will work and, sometimes, patients need both. The treatment is very effective and has a very high patient satisfaction with minimal downtime.
I underwent a surgery overseas where my Dr. advised me that to get my chest contoured. well he had to perform a procedure where an incision around the circumference of my areola is done and the glands and excess skin can be removed along with liposuction. three months past the surgery date and I have extremely large areola. he mentioned that they will get smaller with time but it seems they're the same size if not worse since the operation. please advisee me on what can be done?
I would recommend waiting one year after your surgery before having an areolar reduction procedure. This can even be done under local anesthesia in the office. I prefer to use a permanent Gore-Tex suture (deep) to prevent future widening of the areola. Be patient for now, this can be improved.
Best wishes,
Dr.Bruno
