I know its not common, but is it a real existing procedure/treatment? when could a subtile liposculpture in the eyebrow area be required? Is it a safe procedure? I was wondering for this, sice my forehead (eyebrow level) looks a (tiny) bit overprojected from (especially) lateral view. I would like to all /more about this specific procedure. It looks like my eyebrows are more upfront the the rest of my face, would like to get a more flatter result if possible. Dont want something drastic.
It is very uncommon to perform liposculpting in the brow region. The primary reason for this is that the overprojection you refer to is most likely from bony prominence as opposed to excess fat. Attempting liposculpting in this area will most likely result in very little if any improvement.
Some doctors can do liposculture with tummy tuck at the same time but other say it's risky. I'm confuse, is safe to have lipo in the mid area at the same time of the tummy tuck?
Certainly. Many plastic surgeons feel comfortabel with performing tummy tuck and liposuction at the same time. In my practice, I rarely do a tummmy tuck without liposuction. It truly enhances the results. For more information, view the link beow.
I’m planning to have a liposculpture in the abdomen area (to remove a small amount of fat from my first baby) and get pregnant 1 year after. I understand that fat won’t appear in the treated area but a friend told me that since my body will generate the same amount of fat during pregnancy, the “new” fat, instead of being distributed all over my body (including the abdomen), will find its way to other parts of my body (ie, arms, legs, back). I don’t want to end up with legs like an elephant’s. Any advice?
After liposuction, there will be less fat cells under the treated areas than before surgery. Therefore, there will be less storage areas for fat to deposit into. If your body is producing more fat than it usually does, then the excess will distribute to all the fat cells in the body as directed by hormones. It is therefore obvious that your treated areas i.e. abdomen and flanks will be getting less of this fat than other areas. And this is how other areas may get more fat .
