Have had Two Brow Lifts with no Significant Difference, is it Possible to Not Take for Some Patients?

I've had two and have not seen significant difference, despite using a fantastic plastic surgeon who is very skilled with great credentials. Is it possible that some people's faces are not improved with surgery because of certain types skin/muscles?

Your situation concerns me because we need more information regarding exactly what was done. Without photos of before and after, it is difficult to evaluate your situation. If your surgeon has not given you an explanation or further suggestions, seek another opinion before you conclude your situation is  unsolvable.

Can You Use Botox for a Brow Lift?

Will Botox give you a lift like surgery, but nonsurgically?
A: Botox as a chemical browlift

Neuromodulators(Botox,Dysport,etc.) certainly can be useful for altering the muscle dynamics around the brow and eyes. I use the injections to show some patients what can be accomplished for the short term and many of them continue until the brow falls more than the injections can handle. At that time a thorough discussion of the surgical browlift  becomes necessary. Fortunately,browlifting has become a relatively minimally invasive surgery with short recovery time but long-lasting results.
