Im so confused with all the info on the web about cc size/projection. Im 123 lbs/5'3". I was measured by PS to have a 29 inch ribcage,12BWD ?, slight ptosis/total deflated (breastfed 6 babies). I am barely a 34 AA. My ps says he recommends silicone unders hp400cc, On the chart it looks like too big because they are for BWD12.2. I was thinking 350hp or 375hp they both have 11.7BWD with 4.8 projection. I don't want to look "boobalicious" `Im a teacher, which will give me a more natural look?
You should trust your surgeon. The difference between 350cc and 400c is around the volume in 1 or 2 shot glasses. In general most people that have breast augmentation who tell me they want the natural look and insist on a certain volume usually don't realize that what they really want is to have full breasts up top, which is not the natural look. The natural breast is never full up top unless there is a pushup bra or implant involved. In general most people are much happier when they error on the side of going bigger. That being said there is not that much difference between 350cc and 400cc.
19 years old, 110 pounds..boob job- I want to do about 550-650cc high profile saline. I love the big round fake stripper look. Im a 32b now..I know some doctors wont go that big..but Ill be very disappointed if Im paying all this money and Im not getting what I want..I know some women who have gotten 500cc and went from a B cup to a full D and I know others that have had 450cc and went from a B cup to a DDD. I want a full DD. what cc do you recommend? thank you for your advice in advance:)
If you go too big you could end up with a problem called synmastia which is lifting of the breast beyond the midline which in the photo that you show is very close to happening. Complications from breast augmentation are more likely when implants which are too large for the patient are placed. You should discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon carefully and listen to what his/her recommendations are regarding size. Also cup size varies from depending on the style and brand. I have seen that some bra brands run 2-3 sizes bigger where a D cup in one brand can be a B cup in another.
I would really like to work in the law enforcement field, and I terrified that having breast implants will hinder me from performing police functions.
I have done breast augmentation procedures on people with physically demanding occupations and they have not had any problems related to the breast implants.
