My friend and I narrowed down the list of Doctors to two in Newport Beach, CA. We made appointment with one Doctor and tried to make another appointment with Dr. Lee. I called Dr. Richard H Lee's office to make appointment but the next available one is a week away. I live out of town, so, I was a little dissapointed but my friend suggested to just go to check out the office and fill-out the forms. So, we came and I'm glad we did! The office is nice and comfortable. The staffs are very courteous. After we spoke to Robin, she actually tried to squeeze us in. Mind you, it was close to lunch time! Lo and behold, there we were in the office with Dr. Lee. Have you ever had the feeling that the person is the One? I felt that way with him. When I actually did some research and I saw the way he answered questions here, I felt so comfortable with his attitude. He seems patient, he doesn't judge and doesn't have the "Oh, I'm so important attitude". When I came for first consultation, he's very gentle spoken, great bedside manners, patient and very informative. It was just what I thought he would be. I feel comfortable and I have confidence in him. You can tell that they're very organize in handling their matters. Very professional. Another staff, Elizabeth is very accomodating as well, very nice and patient in answering my long list of questions. Due to domestic issues, I haven't scheduled my appointment. Hopefully I can do the makeover soon. On their website, these words caught my eyes..."Revive your natural beauty, Restore your confidence, Rekindle your spirit...Witness your rebirth". YES, I want to do all of those things!

When I began the search for a Dr. the choices were overwhelming, I came upon Dr. Lee and there was something different about his website and I decided that I would make an appointment. Dr Lee was one of three Doctors that I had decided to see to start my adventure. It just so happened that Dr Lee was the last of the three appointments that day. From the moment I entered the office I felt very welcomed by his AMAZING staff. Everything about my consultation was comfortable, reassuring, especially since I have type 2 diabetes. Dr Lee and his staff never made me feel pressured. Dr. Lee took a very cautious and conservative approach, and he will not allow you to have surgery if all the necessary elements to having surgery are not present-I had to postpone surgery a few times because my labs were off-. This is a priceless quality in a surgeon. Dr. Lee and Staff have become part of my extended family. Dr. Lee is the best there is hands down. I would highly recommend him for any procedure you are considering. The surgery has given me more confidence and I finally feel like my inside matches my outward appearance. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Lee and Staff for all that they have done.

I gave Dr. Lee this rating because he simply deserved it. He is a perfectionist and that is what I appreciated about him. I knew that I was in good hands and care the entire time. A friend of mine and her daughter had been seeing him for years and recommended him to me, and I trusted their judgment, because they had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Now I can see why. My experience with Dr. Lee was one hundred percent satisfactory. When I first arrived for my consultation I was very nervous and a little skeptical, because I was sharing something very personal about myself with a complete stranger, but Dr. Lee was so kind and polite and helped me to feel more relaxed. My reason for choosing this type of cosmetic surgery was to restore my confidence and self esteem, so I can move forward with my life and accomplish my life long goals. Dr. Lee has given me back my confidence and most importantly..... my life. My only regret is that I didn't meet with him a lot sooner. I am so greatful to Dr. Lee for giving me this beautiful new nose, and you can be sure that I will be visiting him again in the near and distant future.

Was referred by a friend. Best decision I ever made for myself. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Lee and his staff. Not only is he a skilled surgeon who delivers results, his kind and patient bedside manner is reassuring and puts you at ease from first visit. I ask lots of questions and he never makes me feel like I am bothering him with even a trivial inquiry. His team in the office are terrific as well, very friendly and professional staff. About a week after surgery I got a cold (with a cough!) and Dr. Lee and his team did their best to keep me comfortable and reassure me that my ultimate results would not be impacted, and of course they were right. I highly recommend Dr. Lee to others seeking a plastic surgeon in the Newport Beach area. I have been very impressed with his approach to his craft and his approachable manner as a surgeon- a rare combination from what I can tell based on all the research I did before selecting him. Dr. Lee is a very talented surgeon with careful attention to detail and a relaxed approach that speaks well for his results.

I could not be happier with the process and the results! I met Dr. Lee several years ago and was impressed with both his professional experience and his care and concern for the individual. I highly respect him on many levels. Dr. Lee is an artist, and his precision brought about the exact results I desired. I was truly petrified of going under as I'd never had surgery before, but his bedside manner put me at ease from the very first consultation and I began to grow excited. I was also very concerned about looking fake, drawing attention and going too big. Dr. Lee and his professional staff talked me through my size options and the size I chose fits me perfectly! Dr. Lee took the time to answer all my questions, examine any concerns post-opp and make sure I healed properly. Every interaction I had with Dr. Lee was professional and he made the process smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend him!

Incredible bedside manner and attention to detail. He spent so much time with me during the consultation, explaining everything thoroughly. Excellent Surgeon. Eight months ago - after much contemplation - I decided to undergo breast augmentation surgery. My friend referred me to Dr. Lee, yet I was somewhat reluctant to select a surgeon so far from home (Dr. Lee's practice is over an hour away from me). Yet once I met Dr. Lee, it was easy to see why my friend recommended him so highly. In Dr. Lee, I found an extremely competent surgeon who was easy to talk to and committed to giving me the results I desired. He patiently and thoroughly answered every question I had, even those which were generated entirely by my anxiety over the procedure. Every staff member I encountered, both in the office and surgical center, was very helpful and gracious.
