I had a fat transfer to the buttocks, tomorrow will be 5 days ago. I am wondering when it will be safe for me to go back to work and sit in front of a computer screen for long periods of time.
Most patients should wait about two weeks before sitting directly on the newly transferred buttock fat. You may need to modify your sitting with pillows and cushions while back at work. I recommend you ask your plastic surgeon for more specific recommendations regarding your case.

i am 24yrs young and have had 3 babies (2 back to back) and my body is def showing the effects, i feel i am in my prime and am ready for a new look for the new year, i am about 5'4" and weigh about 194lbs im wondering if i have a chance for the desired body i want?
Based on the photos of yourself, you appear to be a good candidate for a Brazilian buttock lift. I feel it would improve the contour of your lower back, waist and buttock. There are limitations as to how large your buttock can become. You will not look like the photo on the far right because that is a completely different person with different anatomy. The surgery can improve and enhance your body's own curves and create a fuller buttock. Whether or not you may also need a tummy tuck depends on the quality of your abdominal skin. Consult with a few board certified plastic surgeons in your area for a more complete evaluation.

I had a liposuction with fat transfer to my butt about a month ago with amazing results. I'm now considering having a second surgery to increase and add more volume to my butt. How long should I wait before a 2nd surgery can be performed?
I would suggest waiting at least six months after your initial brazilian buttock lift before attempting to have a second procedure. It will take at least six months to determine how much fat has survived the first surgery. Also, you want to allow the skin and soft tissue to heal from the first surgery. The possibility of contour irregularities increases when you have liposuction in the same area twice, so proceed with caution. Discuss this in detail with your plastic surgeon before having a second surgery.
