How Long Does It Take for Your Beasts to Feel Natural. I Had my Op on 9th November 2011.

ts to Feel Natural.  I Had my Op on 9th November 2011.

A: Normal Post-op Course...

Most patients begin to feel the breast soften and feel more "natural" after about 3-4 weeks. However, the breasts continue to slowly improve as the tissues relax and the shape improves. By 6 months the process is pretty well complete.

I'm Getting a Tummy Tuck March 26 Can my Whole Tattoo Be Removed and Should I Lose Weight? (photo)

I'm thirty years old with four kids. I'm schedule to get a mommy makeover March 26 and I'm scared!!! Can my tattoo be completely removed and do I need to lose weight?

A: Vast majority of tattoo will be removed.

With a standard low tummy tuck incision, I think a some of the tattoo will be left. This will obviously be very low on the abdomen and much less prominent. If you accept a higher scar, it is possible to remove all of it. I do not think you need to lose weight - you are an excellent candidate. Good Luck!

Advice For Seeking Gynecomastia Correction at 21? (photo)

I am a 21 year old male and when I was about 13 my right nipple started to become enlarged and when touched you can feel a mass inside. I went to the doctor then and they just said it was gynecomastia and that it would go away. But Im now 21 and its still there, I would like it fixed, any advice would be appreciated,

A: Correction of Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia can be corrected by excision of breast tissue, liposuction alone or a combination of the two. I prefer to lipo the fatty tissue and excise the firmer breast tissue - esp the tissue under the areola. This combination usually works well and can be individulized to your specific anatomy. Good Luck.
