“Stopped Latisse Due to Dark...”
Twice I started and stopped Latisse due to unsightly dark pigmentation around my eyes. A friend of mine who had used Latisse and stopped, did so because she experienced both redness and itching, as well as eyelash hairs growing crookedly and getting into her eyes. I was tempted to begin again, after reading more hype, but was reminded of my previous experiences. I am convinced that since... more
“I'm Sold on This Product - San Ramon, CA”
Purchased latisse from my dermatologist. Initial side effects were itchiness and darkening on the upper eyelids, but i pushed through it. The itchiness subsided. The darkening is still there, but im fairly certain noone notices but me, plus its easily hidden with a little makeup. The result after one month are noticeably longer lashes. My lashes to begin with were non existent almost. Thin,... more
“A Friendly and Fabulous Doctor and Staff”
I have always had long lashes but noticed them thinning as I have gotten older. Lattisse is an amazing product that keeps them lush as well as long. A miracle product! more
“I'm in Pain Now... - San Mateo, CA”
For the first 7 month of use I was amazed! My lashes were so long, not too much fuller, but beautiful enough to get compliments all the times. My eye lid is a little darker, but I have medium skin tone and it doesn't look bad. About a month a got I started to notice white bumps on my lower eye lid, but I thought...uh it'll go away, it's worth it my long lashes. Last night after... more
I was hesitant at first but after 8 weeks, I could see my eye lashes were growing. I'm at 12 weeks now and they are long and thicker. more
“Latisse Could Be Your Solution to...”
I just had one day of using Latisse, I followed the instructions from the box. I felt my eyes a little itchy since I also wear contact lenses. I am very excited to see results. I wear fake eyelashes every so often but my eyelashes are not long and they seem to get damaged from the glue I use. I will give it a try to see any results. I am still very aware of the side effects, but confident to... more
“I Use It on my Eyelashes and...”
I can say for a fact that Latisse works. I had thin, short, light auburn lashes before. Now, at not quite 4 months I have very long, slightly thicker, dark brown lashes. They are really amazingly long. I have brown eyes and I have not seen any darkening of my eyes or the area around my eyes. I have been using the product on my eyebrows and it seems to be making them thicker too. I... more
“Latisse Applicator Needs Revision -...”
For a drug that should be applied with absolute precision, the brush supplied is too wide, too stiff, and repels the liquid, making it next to impossible not to cover areas of lid where lashes don't grow, not to mention it running into eye, causing lots of excess eye matter in the morning. I have also wasted drops attempting to get product properly on brush. I understand need to keep... more
“End Result Makes Latisse Side...”
I am a Filipino-American in my early 20s who was born with "wimpy" lashes. I've tried lash extensions (too expensive & only look good for the first week), and falsies (still wear them for special occasions for extra OOMPH). I wanted to have nice, long, natural looking lashes for daily life and tried both Jan Marini and Revitalash. They both worked but once I found out they... more
As an asian american, I had really skimpy lashes coupled with the fact that I am in my mid 30's, my lashes were even more sparse than before. At week 8, I started noticing fuller lashes and now at week 12, my lashes are the longest and fullest that I've ever seen. My eyes look so much more vibrant and attractive now when I wear mascara. I really do feel more glamourous with fuller lashes! The... more
“Bat Them Lashes - San Francisco, CA”
Definitely worth it! I used it for the full 16 weeks and am now just maintaining by applying Latisse every 3 days. It does leave your eyes bloodshot and somewhat irritated for the first month but that can easily be remedied by using eye drops. They are long, thick and all I need is one coat of mascara. My lashes hit my upper lids. My friends thought I had on fake lashes. You can stretch... more
“Latisse Results Vs Jan Marini - No...”
I have had no irritation (as I did with Jan Marini- original formula) and amazing results. I use an eyeliner brush and do both lids top and bottom by putting one drop in a contact lens case, and wiping the brush off and the case out with alcohol on cotton pad each night. My first bottle lasted 3.5 months! more
“Lashes Get Long, then Fall Out,...”
I've been using this for a few years, I used Lumigan off-label before Latisse came out (they are the same thing made by the same company). I've learned that there is a growth cycle with Latisse. With daily use your lashes will continue to grow longer and thicker until about the 8 week point, then you'll notice there is a shedding period when you longest lashes start to fall out... more
“Lashes Got Longer... and then Fell...”
Good news: It really worked. My lashes got so long I couldn't even wear my sunglesses because they kept hitting the lenses! The lashes got longer however they did not get thicker. Bad news: They stayed long about two weeks and then fell out! So the results were short lived. more
“Latisse - Eyelids Feel Heavy”
I have been using Latisse for 6 days now. After the 4th day, I noticed that my eyelids feel weird. By weird, I mean heavy. I can't even explain it but it feels weird. The applicators that it is very tacky and bulky so I listened to the others on this forum and went out and purchased a small eyebrow brush. I put one drop of the latisse in the cap and use the brush to sweep it across my upper... more
My lashes are very sparse so I decided to give Latisse a try. It's been exactly 2 weeks now and I have to say it is working. My lashes are a bit longer now, just not that thick and lush yet. But it's only been 2 weeks and I look forward to seeing the results in the next 2 weeks. more
