Had multiple procedures to my lower eyelids to remove a fat transfer. My last procedure was 2 years ago,a lower eyelid bleph, a huge success. But I am left with hemosiderin. Am trying to rid of the brown/yellow stain which is very superficial (not bothered by deeper blue/purple which i've had all my life). Stain may not look bad in certain lighting, but it is very strong in natural afternoon light. Tried IPL, variousl lasers & creams for hemosiderin but only time has worked! Any suggest? thanks!
I practice occulofacial surgery. Hemosiderin staining can occur following a bruise. What is interesting to me is how infrequent this phenomena is in the eye area. I do not see staining here. It might be helpful to put up photos of what this area looked like before the bruise.
I'm in Incline Village,NV. One day before I came here 12/27/2011 I had Botox and Juvederm injections. The climate here is destroying my skin. Is it possible that this climate is responsible for extreme under eye darkness and sudden crepe like appearance? Also I am very itchy. I am using skin conditioners with no help. I need to know what can be done about maintaining good skin in NV? What can be done for under eye darkness and sudden crepe texture under them.

Living in a cold environment exposes us to very dry living spaces. It is also possible that the itchiness is related to something you are being exposed to in your new environment. This may have nothing to do with your recent BOTOX and Juvederm treatment. SInce it is impossible to know what is going on without a personal examination, I encourage you to find a cosmetic dermatologist in your area (or possibly Reno) so you can be properly assessed.
I am 39 yrs old and 18 months ago, I had a full face CO2 Laser rejuvenation. Despite overall improved skin quality in the past 6 months, I have developed under eye bags, creping, shadows and upper cheek volume loss. I look tired and worn out. When I pull the skin of my face back slightly, it improves.
I wonder if the Laser treatment tightened the skin and now it has 'dropped', not back to its previous position, but worse than before? I am loathe to use dermal fillers. Can anyone recommend a suitable laser treatment for this issue? Thanks.
Ulthera is a possible treatment option to tighten some of your sagging skin. However, fillers are the only way to restore volume in your face. And it is the volume that makes your face look youthful.
Would you consider fat grafting? Instead of a filler, a plastic surgeon could use your own fat to add volume back to your face.
