This guy is amazing. He knows exactly what he can do and will only promise what he can accomplish. He has minimal scars which are hidden, unlike other Drs that have many visible incisions. You have to consult with him!

I can ask him anything I email him the littlest questions like "can i pierce my belly now" to just asking him about other things like botox. He is the best doctor I can recommend. He makes sure you will not do anything drastic to your body. I wanted 700cc implants and he said no! You can look at Dr. Hughes's pictures on his website, and you know you are going to get as good a result as possible. What is not apparent is how much time Dr. Hughes spends on returning emails and phone calls. I have emailed him so many times, and he always responds quickly, usually within an hour or a few hours. I do not know how he does it. You may be able to find another doctor as busy as he is who does this, but I have not seen one. By the way, my results were great.

Dr. Hughes put me totally at ease and was the only doctor who felt he could do the breast lift and keep me at a C/D cup (most were saying that I'd need implants). Researching for a cosmetic surgery physician I found Dr. Kenneth Hughes. His staff is flexible scheduling appointments. I was able to schedule my appointment after work the following day which made it very convenient for me. Dr. Hughes made me feel comfortable from the start. He answered all my questions (I had a lot) thoroughly. He made sure everything made sense to me (very important). His confidence is priceless. After researching him, not only did he have an amazing curriculum, portfolio (elite credentials) but he has charisma. He cares about the outcome of his patients. I visited him a few times prior to selecting him among other physicians and he always took the time to answer my questions. By the time I had my procedure I felt confident, I couldn't wait to see the outcome :) I am almost three months post op and am very happy with my results :D! Thank you soooooooo much Dr. Hughes. I was skeptical about his Ivy League Credential. I have worked with several people like this and always thought they relied way too much on there degree instead of hard work. Not the case AT All with Dr. Hughes. I came to him for revision so I was really scared. He took all of my calls personally and answered EVERY one of my the emails. This has got to be the hardest working Plastic Surgeon in LA. Unlike Doctors with decades of experience, his skill set is state of the art and current....the results show it.

I chose Dr Hughes based on his backround. He attended Harvard. Just from talking with him, he makes you feel comfortable. I would not of chosen any other surgeon. I strongly recommend Dr. Hughes. Not only did he do a great job, he is very personable and puts you at ease. That really went a long ways on why I decided to allow him to perform the surgery. I had done a lot of research on breast augmentation and had seen a couple of plastic surgeons prior to seeing Dr. Hughes. I had seen his website and was quite impressed. He really has some nice results, and he performs saline and silicone and through every incision. I was interested in the transumbilical augmentation.
