Non Surgical Way to Bring Jaw Forward? (photo)

I am 31 years old, I have a deep overbite and one side of my jaw has class 2 occlusion which makes my jaw look more rerouted on one side than the other.....can some orthodontic appliance help correct this problem and maybe bring my jaw forward a little....I really don't wish to break my jaw and face the side effects of jaw surgeries

A: Correction of Weak Chin

A chin/jowl implant would be the best alternative if you don't want mandibular advancement. Fat or Radiesse injections would be another choice  but improvement would be limited.

Seeking Forehead Augmentation, Are Fillers a Good Option?

I am a 29 year old woman of Asian descent with a retarded forehead ( mild to moderate sloping). I have undergone forehead and temple augmentation using autologous fat transfer twice, and was very happy with the results - my forehead and temples looked convex and feminine... but unfortunately for me, the desired effect only lasted 1-2 months each time. I am wondering if there are other fillers (not fat) that would give longer lasting and safe results?

I'd have to see front and side pictures of your forehead to make a further evaluation however, Sculptra would seem more appropriate.  Thick fillers can constrict the thin walled veins in the Glabellar area and should be avoided.  Scuptra would work and isn't thick enough to constrict the veins..  Be sure the MD doing the injections understands and follows the proper aesthetics of facial beauty.

From the photos, your chin is extremely weak.  If you're not interested in a Chin Implant, to augment the chin, Radiesse could be injected to do the augmentation as an office procedure.  The Radiesse lasts about 1 year.  Be sure the MD, you choose, understands and follows the proper aesthetics of facial beauty.
