Dr Pearson was referred to me by a friend. I'll never go anywhere else for my cosmetic (Dysport, Restaline, Peels ect) needs. Dr Pearson is one of the most mindful, caring doctors that I’ve ever met. He takes time with me each and every visit to address all of my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease when I’m in his care. Unlike most doctors, his patient care extends beyond the office with a routine, friendly follow up call or email. You can be assured that Dr Pearson always has your best interest in mind and it is his mission to make you look and feel your very best!

Dr. Pearson has provided me the best experience I have received from a physician’s office. From my initial contact with his patient coordinator, it was apparent I would be given excellent service. Also, their office was accommodating with appointments and helpful with insurance questions. Prior to being referred to Dr. Pearson by a colleague, I had seen other doctors for consultation, but did not feel that they were competent or patient with me. My consultation with Dr. Pearson was in a comfortable and relaxed environment. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and with meticulous detail. He is very knowledgeable and is warm and caring. I was impressed to learn that Dr. Pearson has two board certifications and is a specialist in facial plastic surgery. Dr. Pearson is highly skilled and conscientious with all of the procedures he provides. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery, especially the natural appearance Dr. Pearson was able to achieve. Since my surgery, I have continued to see Dr. Pearson for other treatments he has to offer and I would definitely recommend his office to anyone in need of an exceptional plastic surgeon.

Dr. Pearson deserves excellent ratings in all of the above areas. I knew nothing about Dr. Pearson before my rhinoplasty consultation with him. He did such an amazing job both opening my nasal airways,and was so attentive and concerned with my post -surgery concerns, as well as giving me a wonderful cosmetic result. For this reason, I chose Dr. Pearson when I needed facial reconstruction following skin cancer removal.My results were ,of course better than I could have imagined. Dr. Pearson has my complete trust . He is a gifted surgeon.. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Pearson, both as a doctor and as a person. He’s very thorough and takes great care and detail with even the most minor procedures. I ask lots of questions and he never makes me feel like any question is unimportant. He’s always willing to clarify and makes sure that the patient fully understands and is comfortable. I find him to be both a gifted and compassionate surgeon. He fully tailors each procedure to one’s individual needs and his results are completely natural. My surgical results with Dr. Pearson went far beyond my expectations. I’m still amazed and beyond pleased with my results. I marvel at his attention to detail and excellent results. He’s not pleased until you are.

My experience with Dr. Pearson has been more wonderful than anything I could have expected in a surgeon or any doctor. His office receptionist/coordinator, was inviting, attentive, and very helpful over the phone before I even made my appointment. I had many questions and apprehensions about getting facial plastic surgery, but I can honestly say that within the first 10 minutes of my consultation I was 100% confident in Dr. Pearson. He has a soothing demeanor and I felt he honestly cared about my well-being and his success in providing me with the best care possible. Not only is he warm and patient, but he is thorough and meticulous in his explanations and in his work. There were no surprises at any point and I was prepared for each step of my surgery and the post-procedure. During my procedure he noticed some skin issues I have been facing for years and mentioned facial peels which he administered in a follow-up visit. He paid close attention to everything I said about my skin and history and applied the peel specifically for my face. Even after my procedure, Dr. Pearson personally called to check on me and the results as things healed, and he responded to my emails or calls immediately if I had any questions or concerns. I am thrilled with my smile and skin, and I very honestly would not trust anyone else with my face after my experience with Dr. Pearson.

When contemplating making any changes to the face..you want to be assured you're in good hands..When Dr Pearson's states that he specializes in faces you can believe it..My experiences with Dr Pearson can be described in one word.. Exemplary .. I am a 55 yr old woman who has..slowly begun to see changes in my face that I haven't been happy with but was afraid to do anything because of all the after pictures you see of people looking like a nightmare and not knowing who to choose..Dr Pearson eliminated all my fears and questions..I was able to make an informed decision about what I wanted to do in order to see the results I had imagined..from his bedside manner to his expertise and skill .. you can trust that you are in good care and professional hands..Dr Pearson will assure that your goals will be met after discussing your vision and options available..yes..there are options! Once you've made a decision together and all question marks have been removed..the only thing left is to wait to see the beautiful results that follow..whether you want immediate results or a more slowly revealed end result..the desired outcome will be achieved just as you've envisioned..the wrinkles around my mouth as well as the fat loss on the lower portion of my face have been eliminated with the products we chose to be the best for me..the down time was minimal..a few days at most because of the precision and care Dr Pearson delivers..he is patient..gentle and kind..I will return again and again to this dedicated and caring physician..he cares about how you see yourself just as much or more than you do..

Dr Pearson was very understanding of my concerns about my skin pigmentation. Unlike other specialists I have spoken to, Dr Pearson was optimistic about a successful treatment, he was thorough in his explanation of my in office treatment and at home care and most important diligent in the treatment follow up. On top of all the great physician qualities he is extremely approachable and friendly! I plan to recommend him to my friends and family and will absolutely be a repeat patient!

I looked for many plastic surgeons for a scar revision, but when I found Dr. Pearson I knew my search was over. He did an extraordinary job on my scar to where it is nearly invisible, and I am more than happy with the results. Yet my favorite characteristic was how he listened to what I wanted specifically, and adjusted the entire process so that I felt comfortable as an individual the entire way through. Thank you Dr. Pearson for changing my life.

My experience with Dr. Pearson has far exceeded any visit I’ve had with a physician to date. I’ve been to countless dermatologists as a patient for botox & other cosmetic procedures and also as a sales rep. But none of them took half the time Dr. Pearson did listening to what expectations I hoped to accomplish, answering my questions, and delicately seeing to it that I was comfortable during his procedures. He was extremely knowledgeable about all cosmetic procedures and realistic about what results I could expect. The other area which far exceeded my expectations as a patient of Dr. Pearson was his follow up. Both he and his coordinator were in communication with me regarding my results. They proactively scheduled a follow up at no charge to make sure I was happy. That is unheard of in any other office that I know of. Most other places will see you if you have a problem. Dr. Pearson’s priority is to be sure you’re happy. I have already referred several of my friends & family to Dr. Pearson and will continue to do so.

"My eyes are so beautiful and the skin on my face is gorgeous! This is all been possible by Dr. James Pearson’s gentle hands and lovely bedside manner. I had an “Eyelid Lift” and a “Medium Peel” on my face and neck Dr. Pearson is the most heartfelt, caring, easy going, meticulous, extremely professional and many more positive adjectives to describe him, doctor that I have ever met. I first met him at a spa, and the moment he smiles and says hello, you will know exactly what I mean. He does not make you feel embarrassed or nervous if you are going to see him about anything cosmetic. In fact, Dr. Pearson enjoys making us women feel and look good from his heart. It makes him happy when he sees the results and then notices how happy you are after the procedure. Every time you see him, he will always say before you leave “do you have any other questions?” He is available night and day for any concerns you may have and always checking in with you during your recovery. I also wanted to express how sweet and lovely his Patient Care Coordinator is in person and on the phone. Their response from a phone call, email or text is immediate. Dr. Pearson is the best! -Mary"

I am very happy to find Dr. Pearson. The experience I had with him was very impressive. He was very thorough and patient in explaining everything about my procedure, what to expect and all the possible risks and outcomes. He made sure that I would feel very comfortable and ready before deciding to proceed. His care would then continue even after the procedure was done. He called the next day to make sure that I was doing well and provided me with the follow-up contact number in case of urgent questions or problems. I am very satisfied with Dr. Pearson's personal level of care and his medical expertise. I would come back to him for any future cosmetic needs and would highly recommend him for my family and friends. -NN

The result of Dr. Pearson’s work is beautiful. He is a double board certified cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgeon. His manner is impeccable; he listens carefully, he asks valuable questions and he offers excellent, well-informed solutions. I have recommended him to friends and I definitely plan to return to his practice in the future. He was able to show me how positive my results could be during our consultation. If there’s anything you want to improve, I highly recommend you go see him!
