Skin Rejuvenation and Resurfacing
Whether you’re dealing with fine lines and wrinkles, dark spots and hyperpigmentation, or scars and uneven texture, skin rejuvenation treatments can help. The most common options are laser skin resurfacing treatments, like CO2 laser resurfacing, which uses a targeted beam of light to destroy the damaged surface layers of skin to promote healthy new growth. I also offer other skin rejuvenation treatments at my Los Angeles practice, including dermabrasion (a professional form of manual exfoliation), chemical peels, microneedling, and IPL therapy. This concern can be especially noticeable on the face and jawline — and can add years to your appearance. Luckily, there are many skin tightening procedures that can help you look your best. I perform a wide range of laser skin tightening and radiofrequency skin tightening treatments at my Los Angeles practice.
One popular radiofrequency skin tightening treatment is Thermage, a noninvasive procedure that tightens sagging skin with little downtime. By heating the tissues deep underneath the skin, new collagen production is stimulated, resulting in smoother, tighter skin. Another common facial skin tightening pick is Ultherapy, which uses ultrasound technology to promote new collagen in those deep tissue layers. Body Contouring
Liposuction is commonly done as an outpatient surgery, with expected times of recovery usually able to be measured in days. Scarring is minimal because the incisions made are small, and discreet. Doctor Rahimi uses the smart lipo device in his practice.

His fellowship training in Newport Beach, California (which was certified by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery) altered the course of his career. During this time, Dr. Rahimi witnessed a woman undergo a simple cosmetic procedure, only to face serious health complications due to an adverse reaction to anesthesia. She ended up fighting for her life, which shocked Dr. Rahimi and forever changed the way he thought about cosmetic surgery. He knew there had to be a better approach.
It was then that Dr. Rahimi became incredibly passionate about minimally invasive procedures. “Less invasive is better. Local anesthesia and mild sedation are all that are ever needed,” he says. Dr. Rahimi’s happy patients know that his approach yields beautiful (yet safe) outcomes. “Patients want to look like their best selves, not someone else,” he says.
