I already went three times under the knife and I’m still not satisfied with the result. One Rhinoplasty and after one year I had a revision, then after another year I had a major revision – in which I stayed 3 hours in the surgery room.
How Many Nose Surgeries Can I Safely Have?

I always tell patients that the more nose surgeries you have the less likely that you will have an optimal final result. It is more difficult to obtain a great result the 3rd or 4th time than it is the first surgery. I would say look at your nose carefully and determine how unhappy you are with what you see. If it is that big of an issue, then you need to see someone that strictly specializes in secondary rhinoplasty.
Good luck.
I need some reassurance. Pre-op I had a bulbous tip, over projection, slight hump, deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. I had my nose deprojected, the tip refined, nasal bones broken, the septum straightened and the turbinates reduced. I was in theatre for 4.5-5 hrs. From the front my nose is much wider then before, esp the tip, piggy like. Will it narrow and drop? Should I have had my nostrils reduced surgeon said I was borderline and didn't do as I asked for a natural nose not a fake look?

You are very early in the recovery phase. During this time there is a lot of swelling and adjusting that your nose will go thru. I typically tell my patients that it will take about 6 months before you have a good idea of what the tip of the nose will look like, and 1 years before the final result.
So be patient at this point and enjoy your new nose.

Had Doctor Made my Nostrils Too Small?

Your nostrils do appear a bit tight, but the doctor did not per se make it smaller. What it appears is that he increased the projection of the tip and by doing this it pulls the alae, the skin outside the holes inward. You are also pretty swollen given that you are only 40 days out from your surgery. I would suggest waiting until about 6-12 months and assess the situation then.
Good luck.
