What Do You Know About The Semielastic Scarless Serdev Suture Breast Lift?

I have been considering a breast lift, but am concerned about scarring and loss of sensation in the nipple. Today I found a procedure called the "Semielastic Scarless Serdev Suture Breast Lift". It appears that Dr. Serdev uses sutures to raise and secure the breast. I can't find any doctors who do this in the US. Couple of questions: 1. Does this really work, and is it practiced in the US? 2. How long do the results last? 3. Is the cost on par with traditional breast lift methods??

A: Suture Breast Lift

My filter for any "new", "revolutionary","scarless", "insert-physician's-name-here" procedure is to advise you to seek surgical opinions elsewhere from surgeons not using gimmicks to get business. There is a reason your are not finding other doctors using this technique....

Breast Lift Without Implants for Small Breasts? (photo)

Hi, I am wondering if it would be possible for me to get a breast lift without implants? I love having small breasts but I just hate how saggy they are and how low my areolas sit.I think my breasts really suit my body when in a bra even though they are small and I would really rather not get implants.

A: Breast lift without implants with small breasts

If you opt for a lift alone, realize that your breasts will be slightly smaller due to the skin removed, and you will have scars on your breasts. Your areolas look to be above the level of your breast crease so the addition of a small implant in an extended dual plane fashion would likely give you a nice result without the additional scars from a lift. Hope this helps! Good luck!

I'm 20 and Need Breast Lift, Which Technique am I a Candidate for? (photo)

My breast size is 34d, and i think they sag. The length between my nipple to sternal notch is 23.8cm ,and center of nipple to breast fold is 6.7cm. What kind of breast lift will fix my problem and leave the least scaring ?

A: Lift Candidate

First off you don't need a lift. Your nipples are above the level of your breast fold and do not need repositioning. An implant would likely give you the fullness your are seeking. Seek out at least two opinions from experienced board certified plastic surgeons.Good luck!
