Will my Surgeon Be More Likely to Do a Better Job on my Rhinoplasty if I'm His First Surgery of the Day or the Last?

I know it seems like a silly question but its really not. Take for example my hair stylist. I've found she does a much better job if I'm her very first client of the day. Verses being the last when she;s worked all day and tired. I know a stylist goes through a lot more clients in a day then a surgeon, so their not comparable. But i'm still wondering if it makes a difference? I've researched my surgeon and am confident in him but i'm still looking for the best possible results, as is anyone!!

Every surgeon is different and has different preferences as to the time of day to perform surgery.  My energy level allows me to do surgery all day.  I thrive in the operating room. My focus, attention to detail and my mental stamina are magnified in the operating room atmosphere.

Swelling After Deflated Implant Replacement and Capsulectomy, When Will It Go Down For Good?

I had a saline deflation L breast replaced 1.10.12, approx. 2 weeks after deflation. During the surgery the capsule came out with the deflated implant. A new saline implant was put in. I am 25 days postop & the swelling has gone down some but not to what it was before surgery. Will it continue to go down? I have not seen my surgeon since surgery(he went out of town)only his nurse. Worried because L breast is bigger than R. R was replaced too but no capsule removed.

• this will take several weeks to heal and possible 3 months or so for final results
• seromas can occur and add to swelling 
• your doctor will check this when they see you

Had 34A to 34c, 375cc Mentor Mod+, Recently Upgraded to 500cc HP. Will This Make Me a 34D?

5'5, 120lbs, I started as a 34A to 34c, 375cc Mentor Mod+, 4 weeks ago upgraded to 500cc HP since I wanted more fullness & slightly larger. Will this make me a 34D or just a fuller 34C?
