Is There a Higher Risk of Lumps Showing if Sculptra is Injected in the Upper Lateral Parts of the Face?

Is There a Higher Risk of Lumps Showing if Sculptra is Injected in the Upper Lateral Parts of the Face?

A: Sculptra: avoiding lumps/where to inject it/liquid facelift

Sculptra is an injectable form of L-Polylactic acid.  When injected into the face, it stimulates an inflammatory reaction which stimulates collagen production by the facial tissues and results in a natural tightening and filling.  If diluted properly and injected in the right plane, there is extremely low risk for developing lumps.  When performed by a board certified and trained plastic surgeon or dermatologist, Sculptra can be injected in most of the facial regions.  The only areas I do not recommend injecting Sculptra are the eyelids and the lips.  Otherwise, one can create a true liquid facelift result as well as create significant improvement in overall skin quality following 3-4 sessions of Sculptra injection.

Sculptra for the Temple Area?

Has Sculptra been evaluated for safe and effective use in the temple area?

A: Sculptra in the temples

Sculptra works very well in the temple area and can provide a long lasting improvement in the filling out hollowness in this area.  Even a  subtle correction here can have a rejuvenating effect.  It is important that the injections be deep and avoid the vessels that course through the temple area.  Also diluting the product adequately will help avoid development of any visible nodules.

Besides Sunken Cheeks, What Other Areas Respond Best to Sculptra?

I understand that sunken cheeks respond very well to Sculptra, what other areas respond well to Sculptra? I specifically want to use it on nasiolabial folds, the prejowl area and anterior cheek.

A: All of the areas you mentioned are good for sculptra

I place Sculptra in various places in the face, basically everywhere except under eyes, forehead and lips.
