Sagging Skin After Weight-loss at 21. Is a Facelift my Only Option? (photo)

I’m 21 and I’ve been overweight most of my life. I’ve recently dropped 55 lbs over the course of a year. (180, now 125 at 5’2”) I’ve noticed sagging or loose skin and I’m definitely concerned about my face. The sagging became noticeable when my face started slimming about 5 months ago. Should I lose more and my face will firm? Should I look into a facelift or are there other non-surgical ways? Does my skin just need more time and/or a specific care regimen? Facial exercises? Glycolic Peels?

facelift after weight loss:

• at your age you may get some contraction of the skin
• fillers are probably the best place to start.
• sculpta, radiesse, juvederm
• ultimately fat grafts

Have had Two Brow Lifts with no Significant Difference, is it Possible to Not Take for Some Patients?

I've had two and have not seen significant difference, despite using a fantastic plastic surgeon who is very skilled with great credentials. Is it possible that some people's faces are not improved with surgery because of certain types skin/muscles?

• i would seek another opinion
• there are different methods to lift and suspend the brow
• open, endo, subcutaneous, subperiostal

Hollowness Under Brows 1 Year After Brow Pexy. Could This Have Been Prevented? How To Correct? (photo)

I had a brow pexy over a year ago. I now have very hollow areas directly under my brows. What could have been done to prevent this. How can it be permanently fixed? I am a 52 year old female.

hollowness underbrow after browpexy:

• fillers are probably best at this time
• juvederm, restylane are simple and good for a trial
• fat can be more permanent
