Where Are Incisions Made for Butt Lift?

I want a butt lift and I have a nice sexy flat tummy. Will they still cut me in front? I only want to raise my butt and get rid of celulite..I dont want a scar on something nice.

A: buttock lift- does it involve scars

A Brazilian buttock lift involves filling the buttock skin and tissue with fat, also known as a fat transfer- there is no cutting of skin.  A true buttock lift involves an incision which goes across the lower back and elevates/removes the excess buttock skin. This is typically done at the same time as a body lift and is reserved for patients who have significant excess skin of the torso.

A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to recommend the best procedure for your body.

Sagging Butt

I am 28 years old and use to be very active growing up. Over the past few years I have slowed down my activities and therefore have begun to have a sagging butt. For the past 3 years I have a second line about 1" under my butt crease. I have little to none visible cellulite, but I hate looking at the double line and it seems as though no matter how much weight training I do, I can't seem to get rid of it. What would be my best course of action?

A: treatment of a sagging buttock area

You may want to consider a fat transfer to the buttock to help fill out and augment your buttocks which can have the effect of a "lift". With careful fat injections and careful liposuction in the back of the thigh, you can improve your contour in this area.
