I had my nose done a year ago, I started to the difference in the space between my upper lip and nose after the surgery. I do use fillers like restylane in my upper and lower lip, this has also caused a little droopiness of my upper lip, over my teeth. but I believe it is caused of the nose surgery that I see this space/gap now, even if I have used fillers for 6 years . What can be done since this really bothers me ? is a upper liplift something I should think about ? help :(
An upper lip lift can help reduce the distance between your nose and the actual red lip. It will indeed show more of your upper teeth. However, you will be left with a scar at the base of your nose. Given that your nostrils are visible on frontal view, the scar will be likely more notable on you than most. I would consider whether you are willing to trade the length of your lip for a scar before proceeding. Hope this helps.

What options do I have for lip augmentation?
The goal with lip augmentation is to make sure the lips match the person's face, are symmetric and without any lumps or unevenness.
Even though there are several options for lip augmentation, the best ones are Hyluronic Acids, specifically Juvederm since its generally softer and more malleoble than its counterpart Restylane. Juvederm Ultra Plus is also preferred for the lower lip augmentation since its more filling. I would strongly recommend against using Radiesse or Silicone in the lips as there is high risk of granuloma formation in that area.
My lips appear to be thinning with age but I don't want to look of fake over plumped up lips. Tips for natural appearing lip plumping?
Key to natural-looking lips is being conservative. It really only takes about 0.2 cc of product (either Restylane or Juvederm) to get the natural looking upper lip. The key for the upper lip is just injecting the lip line border and not inside the upper lip itself. There is a canal on the lipline which "deflates" over time. The goal is to refill that canal with the product.
With the lower lip however, you do want to inject inside the lip to make it more plump to get that sexy look. Again, key is being conservative, if you don't think you had enough, you can always ask the doc to save the rest of the syringe for you and come back in a week for more!
