I have a 29" waist and love handles that are 38" at the fullest part. When the love handle curve ends, the line goes in and then goes out for 42.5" hips. It looks like a triple curve on my body. 1) Is there a way I can just get fat injected into the line that goes back in so that way the love handle curve extends into my hips, making it look like an hourglass shape? 2) Does the fat need to be injected just at the sides or around the whole body? What is the procedure called, if it does exist?
Yes you can have fat injected into the lateral (side) portion of your hips to improve the contour. This is done quite commonly during a Brazilian buttock augmentation. The waist line and love handles also need to be contoured as well. I can give you a better answer if you include photos in your post. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination.

I recently had fat grafting in my chin and cheeks. The nurse has explained that due to the limitation on how much fat can be extracted at once, there is not enough leftover frozen fat for my secondary fat injection. Is this extraction limitation true? Thanks a lot!
facial fat grafting has revolutionized facial plastic surgery by giving patients a more natural look without needing to give them the "pulled or stretched look". For facial fat grafting to work well the fat cells have to be very fresh and treated delicately and carefully. Freezing fat kills the cells, and therefore, you can not freeze fat cells for later use.
I'm 5' 6.5" and 178lbs. I'm 24 years old and considering getting fat injection to my breasts. I currently a cup B; however, I want it to be make my breasts fuller or bigger as cup C. I prefer this method to the implant because it's more natural. I wonder if there will be any risks or side effect. Am I a good candidate for this procedure? What is the method of getting fat out of my body? Is this procedure widely used? Thank you!!
You may be a candidate for this if your skin is compliant (loose) enough to accommodate the injected fat cells. In other words, patients with very tight breast skin, may need pre-expansion with a negative suction device called Brava to allow the skin to expand. If your skin is elastic enough and you have enough donor fat, then you may in fact be a good candidate for this procedure. I remind patients that a certain percentage of the fat cells will shrink after they are injected, therefore it's very possible you may need a second procedure to achieve the desired size. Going up one cup size is quite reasonable with this type of augmentation.
Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with fat grafting techniques.
