Can Surgery Change the Look of my Nose? (photo)
I have always had a bulbous tip and I hate the look of it from the side, because the end turns up, and the frontal view it too wide.
A: Should I get my nose done? (photo)The profile of your nose is very feminine and beautiful. PLEASE DON'T CHANGE IT! The slightly upturned tip with nice "supratip break" is graceful, and matches your other very beautiful features. If you want it refined a bit, i.e. slightly more narrow from the front, smaller tip and more narrow base, FINE, go ahead. You are very attractive, and need to find a surgeon who understands the need for finesse... in your case, in my opinion, less is more.
Debating 286cc Vs 304cc Natrelle Implants For my Small 101 Pound Frame.
I am 101 pounds and am 5' 6" tall. My dr and I have decided on two implant sizes the 286 or 304s. My dr said 304 would give me good cleavage and about a small C cup size which I thought I wanted, but after seeing pictures of people around my size who got 300cc I feel like that might be too big. Would I still get good cleavage and be a full B or a small C with the 286? I dont know why this small of a size difference is bothering me, but when I tryed on the sizers they did seem different to me.
A: What implant size is right for me?From your measurements, you are very thin and likely not with much breast tissue. The difference between the two implants is very small, but someone with your height is likely to be more of a full B than perhaps a C. Unless your chest is very narrow, you might end up with the implants being too narrow on your chest. Unfortunately, without a photo, you would need to be examined in person to make this determination. The common complaint is that patients feel they didn't go big enough, not too big. Be certain that you would rather be smaller before you make that decision.

How Can I Perk Up Breasts After Baby? I Don't Want Another Surgery Until I'm Done Having Kids.
I recently had a baby, I found out I was pregnant 3 months after I got my breasts done. I found I didn't supply enough breast milk so I only breast fed for 5 weeks, I've found my breast have gone saggy and uneven. I'm planning on having another baby next year so I don't want to get them redone, how can I perk them up without a procedure? Thanks Kayla :)
A: Non-Surgical Breast LiftUnfortunately, there is no way to non-surgically lift or perk-up your breasts. If you are pregnant or planning to have more children, the normal recommendation on breast surgery is to wait and see what changes have occurred to your body. Then, you can undergo a definitive fix when you are done with breast feeding and milk production.
