I have consulted a board certified PS & am in process of scheduling the surgery. Dr. has said for perkiest look go for a full lift w/ augmentation, and for a more natural look go with a donut lift w/ augmentation. Below are photos of the look I'm after & my own breasts. I know "perky" and "natural" have different definitions depending on each person. Which lifting would bring mine to the same position and shape? I know all breasts are different, I am simply going for that "style" in the pics
A circumvertical pattern will produce the projection you desire with a nice breast shape, and implants added for volume. In skilled hands, you should have the result you desire, or better.
Hello, I am 25 years old, 5'2" and weight 112 pounds. I've lost around 70 pounds over the past 10 years and my boobs have noticeable gotten saggy and I have lost breast mass as I lost weight. I have gone from a 36C to a 32C/34B. I would like to get full C Cup perky breasts. In my case, is a breast lift and implants recommended? I know I'm pretty young and have not had kids yet. Does the current state of my breasts indicate how my breasts will change as I age?
Your breasts have not gotten "saggy" in my opinion, but simply involuted with diminution of fat volume within the breast skin envelope. Restoration of your lost volume with an implant will result in a more aesthetically pleasing breast shape, and a breast size in more feminine proportion with your body. Implants alone are recommended in my opinion, provided you agree to sufficient size (and your surgeon selects an implant of sufficient width) that the nipple areola complexes will be lifted to the proper position, centralized in front of the implants, at the most prominent position on the breast mound. GREAT JOB and kudos for adopting your healthy lifestyle and weight loss. You have earned the right to implants!
After nursing, one breast was slightly more stretched out than the other, as was the size of the areola. My PS said that he would make one implant slightly more filled to even this out, but its been a couple years after surgery and one side is still about a half an inch lower and has a wider areola. Could this be corrected with a Benilli lift on just one breast?
The answer is YES, if one nipple areola complex is slightly lower than the other, a peri-areolar breast lift on the lower side can restore and/or improve symmetry. Of course, the trade-off is that you will have a peri-areolar scar on the lifted side. If the lift is a short distance and your surgeon is meticulous, the scar is often obscure or minimally detectable, and if the asymmetry of nipple areola level bothers you, it's usually worth it.
