Since 2013, I've been a patient at Elite MD, undergoing various procedures such as facials, CoolSculpting, laser work, and injections. I have consistently been highly satisfied with their services. Over the past few years, I've noticed significant change in my face, likely attributed to my advancing age, genetics and active outdoor lifestyle. Deep wrinkles have developed primarily in my lower face, impacting my desire to attend social events like parties and family gatherings. As an emergency physician, I'm constantly wearing a mask so my professional colleagues, nursing staff and support staff have not seen my face since 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic began. Initially I was hesitant to undergo a facelift, but after meeting Dr. Hendricks and discussing the matter with Dr. Bansal, I realized this was the appropriate course of action. During our consultation, Dr. Hendrick provided a comprehensive overview of the procedure. A few days later I underwent the deep plane facelift and I am immensely pleased with the outcome. It exceeded my expectations. As a physician, I can attest to Dr. Hendricks' exceptional bedside manner, expertise and artistry and exceptional aftercare and front office services provided by Elite MD. They offered me a direct phone number for any questions or concerns on the first day of postoperative care. I have already had three follow up appointments, not due to any issues or concerns, but as part of their patient-centered approach. My recovery has been surprisingly smooth. Linda Aragon personally takes care of postoperative patients, demonstrating her expertise in scar prevention, reduction and care. As a result of this experience, I no longer dread attending social events. I now do so without wearing a mask which is a significant improvement. For almost 20 years, I have struggled with my mommy pooch. After I had my first child who was nine pounds and four ounces, I never had the confidence to put on a bikini again. After much consideration, I decided to inquire about a tummy tuck or vaser liposuction. One of my biggest fears was being scammed into what I would consider a plastic surgery mill. Finding Dr. Bansal and his team truly quelled my fears. They took the time to understand my background, my medical needs, and to motivate me to not just get procedures done but to become healthier as a whole. Because my body had a ton of inflammation due to medical reasons, great care was taken to significantly reduce that through additional means including diet, lymphatic massage and self-care. I had a tummy tuck with lipo, hernia repair and fat transfer to hip dips and breasts. I heard about Elite MD by recommendation and, after researching, I booked a consultation appointment. I met the wonderful Trish at my consult and she went over all details including creating a surgical plan specific to my needs. She was very quick to respond to any questions that I later had, via phone or email, and when I decided to book the surgery she was very organized by immediately booking all preop and post op appointments. Trish was such a great introduction to my surgery journey and made me feel very comfortable. The collaboration of Dr Sonia's expertise in ethnic skincare with the surgical center creates such harmony that is greatly needed and appreciated. I met with PA Tony who has a fun, upbeat demeanor and he went over all preop and post op info. I really love his holistic approach when discussing recovery. He was helpful in answering all questions that I had. I met Marisol, surgery scheduler, who took measurements and did other processing for my surgery. Marisol was instrumental in making this a smooth process. The day of surgery was very organized before I went under anesthesia. I am 10 weeks post op and I absolutely love my results! I've done a few sessions of the lymphatic drainage massages with Roxana during my recovery and she is amazing! It has helped me tremendously and she is very knowledgeable. I really do feel like I got a piece of my life back and my husband and I are so grateful for Dr Bansal making me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you to Dr Bansal and staff! Thank you, Dr. B and everyone on the awesome team at Elite MD! 62 year old male here, predisposed to storing fat under my chin. I had Dr. B work on that, vaser lipo and skin tightening, and really am happy on so many levels with the results. Before surgery I started the (strongly) recommended diet to reduce inflammation. (It makes the final result better.) But I immediately noticed my belly shrinking and my digestion improving even though I wasn't really losing weight. Clearly I was suffering inflammation, and also clearly the diet works. If you know about this, you know there are several health benefits to avoiding inflammation, and I'll probably live longer just due to this improvement. Thank you Dr. B! The surgery was done semi-awake, sedated but no general anesthesia, no hospitalization, etc. Safer, and I was able to go home within a couple of hours of the procedure finishing. Now that the swelling has resolved, it looks so much better! And maybe best of all was just the attitude and approach of everyone there. You can tell they really care and they want you to be happy with your results. That's too often not the case in the world today, but it is at Elite MD.
