I was approaching my 30th birthday when my boyfriend began asking what I would like for my gift. Jokingly, I said a breast lift. I really was kidding but started thinking more and more about it and decided to set up a few consultations. I had lost a good amount of weight and was unhappy with my breasts as that was the one area that really showed the significant weight loss. Starting this... more
I wanted to write this review b/c i know when i was researching doctors, the input of a patient was incredibly important to me.
One month ago today, I had a breast lift done by Dr. Cheng. There are not enough nice things I can say about him and his staff…..but I’ll do my best.
When I first called to schedule a consultation, his staff was prompt, knowledgeable, and generally pleasant to... more
I have never has perky breasts but after gaining and losing 40+ pounds, they were rather sad. Having a secure job allowed me to save some money to splurge on something I always wanted.. Perky breasts. I had a consultation with Dr. Larry Fan in San Francisco and though I'm sure he would have done a decent job, I left there feeling a little uneasy about their hard selling methods. I then took a... more
I never thought of myself as one who would even consider cosmetic surgery. I feared looking fake or done over. Having breastfed twins in 2009, however, my once DDD breasts had shrunk to a sagging, unattractive B. They were uncomfortable without a bra and formed two puddles in one. I felt self conscious wearing swim suits or workout tops at the gym. Catching a glimpse of my bare chest in the... more
Have not yet gotten this procedure, but I am all scheduled!!
Some about me:
I am 19 years old, 5'6, and 135 pounds. As of now I have a 30DDD bust. From developing quickly and early on, they have dropped quite a bit and caused back pain, not to mention endless teasing. I have finally got up the courage to start going to consultations! My main concerns were: smaller, perkier, natural looking... more
Hi all. I'm 25 years old and live in San Francisco. Since August of 2010, I've lost about 90 pounds (from 245 to 155) and having shed the pounds, I also shed the vitality of my breasts. I have never been pregnant so I can't blame breastfeeding for my premature sag..it's really just a loss of mass. I had my initial consultation with a plastic surgeon in June and I feel like at the time my... more
After nursing three kids for six years, my breasts were more like sacks than breasts. With much trepidation (because I am not the plastic surgery 'type') I made an appt. The Dr comes highly recommended for her skills in the surgery room but I wanted more.
What I found is that she is real and she got it. She got that I was nearly 40 and not ready to have my breasts look 80. She got... more
I had this procedure because although having a lift with implants the year before, my implants were too large, assymetrical, I had severe scaring and stretching and drooping. This was affecting my back and I could not exercise. I was hiding my breasts. more
I am very pleased with my breast lift. After breast feeding my daughter for a year and a half, I had long sagging breasts. Now after having this procedure done, they are lifted, full and perky. She also used a type of breast lift called a doughnut hole lift, where she only makes an incision around the areola, so I have minimal scarring. more
I had a breast lift revision for scars 6 weeks ago. I am starting to see the same pattern as with my previous breast lift where the vertical and horizontal lines meet under my right breast. That scar is widening and is turning white and a little wrinkled. On my left breast, the vertical line is starting to widen (from the center of the vertical line down the where the horizontal line is)... more
