When this arrived I was pretty ticked. I paid $35 for a piece of formed rubber?! Seriously?! But given everyone had eagerly awaited its arrival and the reviews were great I figured may as well try it but if it disappointed it was definitely going back!

Dr Neavin. he has an amazing bedside manner. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He gave me his professional opinion and we went with a fat transfer and blepharoplasty . I coordinated with Michelle who was also just as awesome. It was so easy to get a hold Dr. Neavin and Michelle after surgery to address my concerns. That was extremely important to me. Dr Neavin gave post surgery instructions and checked on my months after surgery to make sure I was happy. I've already been told that I look way younger that my age! I will be going back to Dr. Neavin for future procedures. I trust him and his work. I definitely recommend him

Let the pictures speak for themselves. my first consultation with Dr. Tim, he is very kind and sweet .I asked him if he could make my lips look like I had 1.5-2cc of lip filler and he told me that he had to overfilled because the lips have the lowest survival rate. He said 70% would die and only 20%-30% would survive. So he injected a total of 8cc into both upper lips. The day before the surgery, his coordinator (Michelle) called me and Dr. Tim suggested to use prp with fat transfer to help improve the results of the fat graft and I thought he was very kind for that. After 6 months of surgery, I was very worried because my lips were still very big. Because I thought that was the final result. But now it has been 1 year since my surgery. My lips look beautiful and hydrated . Better than I ever imagined. I get so many compliments and questions about where I got my lips done. highly recommend dr Tim for facial fat transfer !! Also, Michelle, she is so sweet even after I gave her a hard time. She still follows up on my concerns even after 6 months.

I am currently 2 months out from the excellent experience I had with Dr. Neavin and his staff undergoing Facial Fat Transfer to restore fat in the buccal space. For context, I am a 27 year old male who underwent an extremely aggressive buccal fat removal procedure back in 2020 to disastrous results. The buccal fat removal dramatically compounded my aging, leaving me with a severely gaunt appearance with significant shadows and dents cutting across my face. In 2022, I had a facial fat transfer into the buccal space by a different surgeon to try to reverse the procedure. While it made a significant difference, the majority of the defect remained as it appeared that the fat was not grafted across the entirety of the buccal space (it was exclusively placed in the lower buccal area; a significant portion of the upper part of the buccal space was left untouched). Dr. Neavin took the time, both in our initial consultation and in the office, to seriously examine and consider all of my concerns and answer any questions I had. As a patient with poor previous cosmetic surgery experience, I couldn't be more grateful for the hospitality extended to me by both him and his great staff. Moreover, the improvement I received from the procedure is fantastic. Dr. Neavin absolutely hit the area that I felt was missed in the previous restoration and I look dramatically closer to my original appearance. In addition, it's difficult to emphasize just how much better my face feels with the support from the added volume. At 20 years old, I underwent buccal fat removal, hoping to achieve a model-like look. However, 1.5 years later, it left me feeling deflated and significantly lowered my self-confidence.
