I had my labia reconstruction on April 5th, and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful. It was worth every penny! This was my third surgery my first one was botched, my second was done with Dr. Miklos and Moore they were able to reconstruct one side, but the other side separated. I truly wish I had found Dr. Alter after my first botched surgery, or even before any of them. Either way, I’m beyond pleased with my results and the entire experience! For anyone on the fence about fixing a botched surgery, I completely understand your frustration. It took me over 8 years to finally feel comfortable enough to get mine corrected. Now, I have little to no discomfort, and I finally feel like I look normal again. I will include pictures of my original botched surgery, second reconstruction surgery and final results with Dr Alter!!

I've just had a labiaplasty revision, majoraplasty, and perineoplasty done by Dr. Alter. I am so glad I decided to go to the best, and I wish I would have worked with him from the start! He was so kind, caring and funny and all of his staff were so kind to me too. Im only 2 dpo and can already see that the results are what I was hoping for, and I'm not in pain anymore just some discomfort. We originally were planning to do 2 seperate surgeries, but he worked out a plan to get it all done in 1 so I wouldn't have to travel a second time. Could not say enough good things about Dr. Alter and his team!

Dear Dr. Alter and Team, I am home from my surgery (it is Sunday morning , my surgery was late Friday....and, I live 4 hours away from Beverly Hills). I feel great! Very slight discomfort - just need a Tylenol. It is amazing to me that I was able to wake up from surgery feeling great! No pain. The pre-process was made possible by Farnoush and Caitlin (given my pre-op labs and tests were out of town, these ladies made sure all got done and the process went smoothly). The assistance with getting a CNA to pick me up from surgery and watch me until I was okay to be alone was also extremely helpful. Thank you. The day of the surgery, everyone made me feel extremely comfortable! Dr. T (my anesthesiologist) was a real pro - I didn't feel the needle at all!!!!! The nurses were friendly and helpful....doing everything to make me comfortable. Next thing I knew, I was awake being taken care of by Donna. She made sure I had no nausea, I had crackers, I had water, anything I needed. Dr. Alter is a real pro! He is kind, warm, and has an ease and confidence. Anyone contemplating surgery with him should take a deep breath and know that they are in the hands of a brilliant doctor. He is also considerate. I am able to be home this morning because he is respectful and thoughtful (he squeezed my post-op evaluation on a Saturday). I am already so happy with the results!!!! I am extremely grateful for Dr Gary Alter. I had a labiaplasty reconstruction this summer with him as I had a completely botched labiaplasty in Ireland. I was extremely depressed, anxious and in a state of shock over my original surgery by a different surgeon in Ireland as it was botched in so many ways and one side was almost gone. I never thought I'd be able to get into a relationship again, live a normal life and thought I was doomed forever, but Dr Gary Alter changed my life for the better. He used some excess labia that I had leftover at the top and brought it down to give me a new labia on the side where it was almost gone and made my whole inner labia much better and normal looking. He is extremely skilled and the nicest, kindest person as well. Every step of my journey with him was perfect and the recovery process was so much easier with Dr Gary Alter. I would 100% recommend to go to Dr Gary Alter for your labiaplasty or reconstructive labiaplasty, even if you are living further away like me in Europe, as you don't want to go through what I went through in my original surgery. I knew I needed to go to the best person in the world to help me. Dr Gary Alter is an expert who I completely trusted throughout the whole process, and although I went to a registered plastic surgeon originally it obviously wasn't enough at all. There are no words to describe how bad I felt after getting my botched surgery in Europe with my original surgeon and my life would have never been the same again if it wasn't for Dr Gary Alter who saved me. I now have a normal life again and I am not depressed or anxious anymore since he reconstructed me. My Labiaplasty experience with Dr. Alter was life changing. I had been contemplating this procedure for quite some time and knew I only wanted to go to the best surgeon. After a lot of research, it was undeniable Dr. Alter is THE pioneer / master of this field. My recovery was very smooth and I am thrilled with my results. I hope this reviews helps others who are considering / researching the procedure.

Absolutely the BEST Doctor !!!! Highly recommended him and his amazing Staff. I had Labiaplasty surgery and couldn't be any happier with my results. From the beginning to end everything was so easy no pain at all. Please, whom ever is reading this don't hesitate he's number 1 Dr. Alter is a genius and the Best for a reason.The Staff was very attentive and answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable the whole way thru!!I now Feel so confident as a woman that is truly important all thanks to Dr Alter he has truly changed my life. I had a labiaplasty revision performed by Dr. Alter in Feb 2023 after a horrific labiaplasty by a different doctor. Him and his team made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot.) After doing extensive research I decided to move forward with him as it appeared he is the best surgeon for this intense procedure. After all, I was left with no labia minora and just a small clitoral hood. I was waaaaaay worse off than before the procedure. I wished that I hadn’t ever had it done. I suffered from infection, dryness, and embarrassment. My previous surgeon amputated me. She ruined my life for an LONG TIME. Although the price was a lot, I decided that it was worth it considering that my body is something that I have to live with for the rest of my life. I wanted to love myself and my body again. I looked at it as an investment in not only my physical appearance, but also my mental health. HE SAVED ME. He did what I thought was impossible. He gave me my labia back after taking skin from the hood. I look AMAZING. Everything is even and smooth. I am not suffering from infection, dryness, or embarrassment anymore. I am living my life more confident than ever. This was the best decision that I could have made for myself. I WANT TO THANK DR. ALTER FOR GIVING ME MY CONFIDENCE BACK! I highly recommend him to anyone who is going through something similar. I plan to upload pictures soon so that people can see the beautiful results from this procedure.
