I am a fair skin Asian and 3 months out from the pearl fractional treatment. I still have the honeycombing pattern on my face and concerned that this may be permanent. Does it go away completely?
Yes, this pattern will become less apparent as the months go by, everyone is different on how quickly it subsides. I like to encourage the use of a Retinol or RetinA as well to help with anti-aging and improving the texture of the skin after a Pearl Fracional. If you do use Retinol or RetinA please be cautious to only use at night and every morning apply sunscreen on your face.
Hope this helps.

Can I use paraffin gauze on the area, because she did a 3 (180) I dont know what it means but its really bloody and much worst than the first time. thanks
Greetings~
When in doubt about how to handle your skin and face after treatment always refer to the office that did your treatment. You should have received specific care instructions following treatment and it's important that you follow them to give you the best possible result and the most comfortable and uneventful recovery. Following Pearl Fractional we often use a dressing called Flexsan for the first day or two. We have found it works quite well to minimize discomfort and absorb any oozing. Many patients just use Aquaphor or Vaseline post treatment to coat the skin. If you are worried or uncomfortable, contact your physician.
Good luck~

I had Pearl Laser Treatment on my neck 7 days ago. I have not had any visible sloughing, and the redness is going away. Does this mean the treatment will not be effective?
Greetings~
Don't worry if you haven't peeled yet. Pearl is a great treatment for the neck. The neck generally takes much longer to get peely and peel than the face would....sometimes 10-14 days. Sometimes it is a very mild peeling or flaking that occurs where the skin just feels a bit rough and then when you're in the shower it may slowly come off it very small bits. Amount of peeling may also depend on the strength or aggressiveness of your treatment. Very light treatments may have very minimal peeling and reaction. Remember also that the Pearl continues to improve the skin from a much deeper level for months following treatment by stimulating and building your own collagen. These changes occur so slowly they can be imperceptible but they do happen. Hang in there.
Good luck~
