I must give top marks in all categories to the Beverly Hills Institute. Wonderful people and a world-class facility located in the heart of Beverly Hills! What more could you want? I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Mayer at the Beverly Hills Institute. Dr. Mayer and all of the staff are so caring and friendly. They really made me feel at ease prior to my surgery, and the follow-up visits have been wonderful. You couldn't ask for a nicer environment in which to have a surgical procedure performed. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Highly professional, explanations in terms I can understand, patient, and friendly. I had a rhinoplasty 25 years ago and was not satisfied and could not breathe nasally. Dr. Mayer not only completely corrected the breathing problem, but the cosmetic correction was so subtle and natural to be beautiful! I had also lifelong such a high forehead I was always conscious of looking almost bald from face-on. Dr. Mayer has given me a lowered hairline with absolutely no scar whatsoever! I can now wear my hear in any way without being self-conscious. I am most grateful and satisfied beyond my expectations!

There was never a wait at the office, everyone's manner was very professional and comforting and I felt like I was very important! I wasn't in line with other patients which is something i previously experienced. Follow up care is excellent too.

Dr. Mayer is a perfectionist, which is exactly what I wanted in a plastic surgeon. All of the results I saw in the "after" pictures he showed me (and mine after my surgery), look NATURAL. In fact, some of my friends didn't even notice I had my nose done. The finished result fit my face, which is precisely what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to have Dr. Mayer perform surgery on my again in the future should I decide that I want something else done. Fantastic doctor!

Chin Surgery
In reviewing chin reduction procedures I was literally terrified to get it done, even though I've wanted it done my whole adult life. There hasn't been a single review I've read on this procedure where it has been good. Either there was nerve damage, swelling so bad you can't leave the house for weeks, you name it. I am only 40 hrs after my operation and I have full lip sensation, full chin sensation, and zero bruising. I'm swollen and my chin feels very tight, but that's to be expected. I don't know what the results will be, and I am nervous, but he showed me pictures so I get the general idea. He shaved off a lot of bone as I had a chin that jutted out of my face like a witch's chin, very unattractive in my opinion. He looked at me and knew exactly what to do and how to make it softer. If you are looking for a surgeon with skill and has 40 yrs experience, then Dr. Mayer is your surgeon! My scar is even practically invisible!
