After doing extensive research on revision rhinoplasty surgeons in California, I decided that Dr. Kotler was not only the most qualified but has years of experience with my type of problem. I watched a news video on Dr. Kotler’s website of a woman who shared all of the same feelings as I did after her first surgery. Dr. Kotler was able to help her so I knew he would be able to help me too! I gave this rating because it is accurate and true.

To put it simply, Dr. Kotler is absolutely brilliant. As a new patient, I could not have asked for a better doctor. Dr. Kotler is not only a warm, exuberant, personable, and humorous individual, but he's also HIGHLY trained, skilled, possesses a sharp aesthetic eye, and is very, very intelligent. He will spend quality time with you as a patient and really focus on what approaches to take in order to reach the most desirable result for you. Trust his judgment; he knows exactly what he's doing. I have had numerous plastic surgeries and know exactly how to find the best surgeons. I've seen the best of the very best doctors Dr. Kotler is definitely one of them. I've had a rhinoplasty and a revision rhinoplasty in the past. Over the years, the implant started to shift away from the bridge of my nose cartilage, which created a very noticeable gap. Dr. Kotler took quite a bit of time studying my nose, taking several pictures of my nose from different angles, and finally determined what needed to be done in order to achieve the best result while maintaining a beautiful balance in respect to my other features. He used the highest grade silikon; which I'm familiar with and have had good results with in the past, and he injected it into precise parts of my nose that he deemed necessary. I am due for round 2 sometime soon and am looking forward to it. From a few injections and after a few weeks, I saw the positive change that I was hoping for! What's great is that even though the change was noticeable to me, it is so subtle to others and people simply cannot figure out the change in my face. I've just received comments that I look so much more refreshed and attractive. People simply cannot tell what was done, which has been so wonderful to hear. THANK YOU, DR. KOTLER!!

My ratings were all excellent because that reflects my whole experience with Dr. Kotler and his staff. I choose Dr. Kotler because of his excellent reputation, my mother had a revision with him, and his remarkable reviews. Dr. Kotler and his staff are simply the best, they are amazing. From the initial consultation up to the surgery and after, I was treated beyond belief. Finally, after many years I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Kotler. He is very warm, friendly, and very reassuring. His skill as a surgeon is unmatched. I knew when I met him, he was the right doctor for me. Several years ago, my mother went to see Dr. Kotler for a revision on a rhinoplasty that went bad. She raved about Dr. Kotler's abilities. He did an excellent job for my mother and I knew he would do the same for me. There are no words to express my gratitude to Dr. Kotler and his staff as my nose even exceeded my expectations. The best decision I’ve ever made was to have rihnoplasty done by Dr Kotler -My life has truly changed. After spending a year researching for the best nose surgeon, there was no doubt in my mind that I had to make the trip from Copenhagen, Denmark where I live, to Dr Kotlers office in Los Angeles. His reputation as being the best nose surgeon in Beverly Hills, academic credentials, and most importantly looking at his previous rihnoplasty work, I knew that I had to have my nose done by him -and what a great decision it was. At my Skype consultation I meet with Dr Kotler for the first time and he was so kind and understanding towards all my concerns. Most importantly he assured me that he would improve my nose and enhance its good features and make it look very natural and not overdone. Making the trip all the way from Europe I had many concerns and was anxious to finally meet with Dr Kotler and his team. But walking into the office for the first time, I was greeted with a big hug and I was treated like a member of the family, such an amazing experience. The staff at Dr Kotlers office was so nice, warm and welcoming. The amount of attention and support that I got from the whole team was over all expectations. Dr Kotler took the time to listen and paid attention to all my silly questions and concerns, he really cares about his patients. I am so thankful to Dr Kotler and his kind staff. My life has changed so much I love my new perfect nose!!! I am SO happy; my friends tell me that I am blossoming up into a new and more open person. I chose Dr. Kotler based on his life experience on the east coast and his success out here on the west coast. I also had a friend who had a rhino through Dr. Kotler and when I met him I made my mind up that day. I scheduled the surgery the next week! I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty. My breathing was progressively getting worse as I ignored my deviated septum over the years. The recovery was much less than what I had prepared for. I was expecting the worst, however, with the Nasal Airway System, I was able to breathe through my nose during recovery, clean my nose more easily, and sleep better.

As soon as I entered the office, I was greeted immediately by the very welcoming and friendly assistant. I never waited more than 5 minutes to see anyone in his office. Dr. Kotler and everyone in his office was extremely nice and answered all my questions with clarity. They let you know beforehand how the procedure would go, so there were no suprises. The first thing Dr. Kotler asked me was what I didn't like about my nose, so he could be on the same page as me and so the end result would make me happy. I truly felt that he deeply cared about my happiness regarding my nose (I specifically told him I didn't want a turned-up nose, and when he showed me the imaging photos he emphasized that the tip would not be turned-up as per my request).

Before the surgery, I was anxious that people would recognize a drastic change in my appearance. Over a year after surgery, none of my friends, co-workers, or family members have asked me if I have had surgery. Yet, some have commented on how "perfect" my nose is! Over a year ago, Dr. Kotler performed functional breathing surgery on my nasal area to address nasal valve stenosis, severe turbinate and septum difficulties. I have been amazed by the degree of improvement I've experienced with my breathing. I had been turned away by many other ENT doctors over the years who said that they couldn't help me and had poor quality ENT surgery performed by an HMO covered doctor about 4 years ago. I had difficulties performing day to day tasks and usually found myself out of breath due to breathing problems. I also had difficulties sleeping because I couldn't breathe well. Since the surgery, I have been amazed by the degree of improvement I've experienced. Dr. Kotler was also encouraging about what could be done to the appearance of the nose with the use of a relatively inexpensive filler. Dr. Kotler has the highest degree of integrity, authenticity and skill. He is a rare find...a true "super-specialist" with many, many years of experience. I am sure that I was probably one of his most difficult patients yet he truly made miracles happen. This had proven to be amazing and has so much benefited my quality of life! Dr. Kotler has far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more grateful. I was recently involved in an accident in which I broke my nose. I was referred to Dr. Kotler due to his reputation as the best nose surgeon in Beverly Hills. During what was obviously a very stressful time, Dr. Kotler was extremely kind and put me totally at ease, explaining the procedure that I would need to repair my nose in careful detail. The surgery itself was a great success and my nose has completely healed - I am extremely relieved and pleased with the results. The after-care and follow-up consultations have been excellent. The staff in Dr Kotler’s office are very competent and considerate. I cannot recommend this doctor highly enough for anyone considering nasal surgery.

As a Los Angeles resident, I knew I would have many surgeons to choose from. I was adamant that I felt comfortable and trusted the surgeon. I did not want the doctor to be conceited or insensitive, and Dr. Kotler is the last person you would describe as either. The meeting with Dr. Kotler was very reassuring. He immediately told me I was justified in what I wanted to change, and that my requests were reasonable. Dr. Kotler clearly cares about patient education (he's written two books on the subject), and appeared elated to answer the questions my mom and I lobed at him. She's a nurse and I had conducted significant research, so our questions were probing. We left confident that Dr. Kotler was the right surgeon, and I cancelled my second consultation with another well-known doctor. Dr. Kotler's academic credentials and quality of work were obvious, and after the appointment so was his empathy and compassion. I had a conference call with Dr. Kotler the week of surgery to review what I disliked about my nose, and he clearly understood my emerging fear. The night before surgery felt strange, knowing that it was the last time I would fall asleep hating my nose. The anesthesiologist reassured me during our call that I would be fine, and we would have ample time to discuss any concerns in the morning. His demeanor reminded me of Dr. Kotler's.

So many of my friends have gone to other doctors for rhinoplasty and ended up not completely satisfied. I am 100% happy with my results and my experience. Thank you Doctor K for providing me with a new life. You have erased all my feelings of self-consciousness, replacing them with self-confidence. Never before have I felt so comfortable in my skin. Now, looking back 25 years old and 6 weeks later after my surgery, I wonder why I had waited so long. After meeting with Doctor K, I instantly knew that he would be performing my surgery. Of all my consultations, Doctor Kotler was there to make sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. He cared about my well being, answered all my questions, and was there 100% of the way, from the moment I stepped into his office for the consultation, until today, 6 weeks later after my surgery. I found Dr. K after many many months of feeling so disappointed and angry about my decision to get rhinoplasty. I wasn't at all happy with my results after visiting another surgeon in Orange County. I felt defeated and didn't know where to turn. I thought I was just going to have to accept that I had a bad nose job for the rest of my life. I stumbled upon Dr. K's website one day and was excited yet skeptical at the option of having permanent silicon injections. when I called to set up a consultation, I was pleasantly surprised to speak to an assistant of Dr. K's who was extremely educated on my procedure. I drove up from Orange County for the appointment and was nervous the whole way. However, the moment I met Dr. K I knew I had finally come to the right place and all my hesitations were replaced with excitement and an enormous amount of gratitude. Dr. K is not only an amazing surgeon, he's also a really great guy who sincerely care's for his patients. He was honest about the results and the time it would take to get there. The whole process took about 6 months, but even after my first injection I could see a huge difference. I can't even describe how thankful I am that mine and Dr. K's paths crossed. It's a great feeling to look in the mirror at night and not obsess over the imperfections of a rhinoplasty gone wrong. My only regret is not finding Dr. K sooner. I recommend him to everyone I know...and even those I don't. I will NEVER let another doctor come near my face unless it's Dr. K and I would highly recommend everyone else do the same. I found Dr. K after extensive online research and I am so glad I did! I had spent days researching all kinds of Beverly Hills Doctors. My objective was to find the very best in their field. Since I was looking to have a rhinoplasty I wanted to go to the best of the best, this is your face we’re talking about! I decided to call Dr. K after visiting his website several times, reading his reviews and watching the videos available. Having this information available was a huge relief, I felt like I was getting to know Dr. K before I had even made an appointment and the information was extremely helpful, especially since I am an anxious person by nature. From the moment I called the office I was immediately put at ease. I did not feel rushed or pressure to book a consultation (I had called other offices and did not receive this attention with other doctors I felt rushed and pressure to book the appointment). Doctor K’s staff was able to answer any questions I had about the consultation and what I should expect. And the treatment only gets better. After meeting Doctor K he asked if I had any additional questions or wanted to go over the surgery. I felt completely comfortable speaking with him and knew he was listening to my questions, I did not feel silly for asking anything even the simplest question was answered with care. I decided to undergo surgery both for breathing and cosmetic purposes. To anyone thinking of calling Dr. K- DO IT! Thank You Doctor K!
