I flew from Sydney to LA to see Dr Gal Aharonov as there are not many doctors who know how to inject filler in the upper eyelids properly - he is the best filler injector for upper eyelids in the world! Well worth it! His office manager Faye is very welcoming, polite and great to deal with. I highly recomend Dr Gal Aharonov for those of you who had botched blepharoplsty and need to fix them somehow with fillers or if you are considering making the mistake of a blepharoplasty operation: please do your research and see Dr A first !!

He is fantastic. I've never had a better experience with a doctor. His office manager, Faye, is one of the nicest people I ever met. They make an amazing team and I cannot thank them enough. This is my first review on Real Self. I just feel like I have to tell the world about my perfect experience.

Just got a liquid nose job (Juvederm) from Dr. Aharanov to fill in my bridge that caved in after a car accident 19 years ago! My nose looks pretty much like it did before the accident :-) My upper eyelid Restalyne is still completely holding up. I've lost a bit more fat but Dr. Aharanov actually suggested I wait longer since it looks symmetrical and natural. He's the nicest guy ever. Faye, the receptionist is also SO nice. Didn't wait at all today. I think as long as you don't go in on surgery day, there is little to no wait time.

I had read about how Dr. Aharonov performed upper eyelid fillers, something that no other plastic surgeon seemed to do. So I booked my trip from Scottsdale to Beverly Hills to see him. I was immediately impressed with his staff, particularly Faye, who answered all of my questions and concerns prior to my appointment. But I was most impressed by Dr. Aharonov himself. In all of my years of seeing cosmetic dermatologists and plastic surgeons, I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me to understand what I was looking for. He seemed to really care, he listened to my concerns, spent a good deal of time looking at pictures of me when I was younger, and helped explain to me what he would do. One thing that Dr. Anaronov mentioned, which I wish I would have listened to more, was that there would be a good amount of swelling of my upper eye lids after the procedure. He did say that after he injected Restylane on my upper eye lids, I would have the most swelling on the first day after the procedure. Everything went smoothly during the upper and lower eyelid filler procedure. I had a bit of swelling, but was told that this was normal. However, the next day, I admit I "freaked out" because my eyelids did swell up more than the previous day. I was so concerned that I actually bought a ticket to LA from Scottsdale again, and called Dr. Aharonov's office on my way to the airport. Thankfully, I spoke to Fay,e and she immediately paged Dr. Aharonov. He called me immediately and reassured me that what I was experiencing was normal. After speaking with him over 20 minutes, I decided to cancel my flight and just wait for the swelling to go down. After two days, most of the swelling on my upper eye lids went down. I immediately began noticing positive results. I began to get tons of compliments from friends and even strangers. And I was SO HAPPY that I spoke with Dr. Aharonov and trusted his judgment, both before, during, and after the eye lid procedure. I am SO HAPPY with my results and have can say that there is no doctor in Scottsdale who is as professional, kind, and a true perfectionist as Dr. Aharonov. He is both an artist and a surgeon (and sometimes a therapist!) and I am now a patient of his for life.

I Googled "Orbital Fat Loss" from my eyelids getting skinnier with age and only two doctors in LA seemed to specialize in it. It seemed possibly dangerous, but Dr. A did it very well and I look like I did 7 years ago! Dr. A is a really charming and nice. My consultation and initial visit was on a Tuesday or Thursday (a surgery day) so I had to wait quite a while. Didn't wait at all on follow up visit on a Friday.

I could be one of the pickiest females alive, or rather...people in general. I cannot speak more highly of Dr. A. I have the highest standards for myself, esp. in the realm of beauty and anyone that is going to touch my face, hair, skin, etc. has to be the BEST. I live in Manhattan and after much research, decided to go to see him in LA, while I was visiting on business. He genuinely cares about making you look beautiful and natural. In addition, he is personable and witty and has what I consider to be an instinctive eye. He loves what he does and it shows in his work. No one else will ever be allowed to touch my face! Other than consistently being unable to spell his name, no negatives

Dr A's dishonesty thru the process: FALSE SURGERY.

Unfortunately there are not many doctors who perform upper eyelid fillers, certainly not in Europe. From the few doctors who offer this kind of treatment, dr. Aharonov has the best reviews. Besides this, his website shows many photos of patients after their treatment and the communication prior to my treatment went well. I am convinced this is the best doctor for this kind of treatment. Dr. Aharonov does not need (yet another) rave review, but I know there are lots of people out there with the same problem I had, desperately seeking for a solution. For them I wrote this review. If you consider upper eyelid fillers, I can highly recommend this doctor! The only negative thing about him is I have to travel all the way to LA to see him, but he is totally worth it!

I will never let anyone but Dr. Aharanov touch my eyes! He was able to accomplish in 20 minutes what countless other doctors (from PAs to occuloplastic surgeons) could not do-return my eyes back to normal. Thank GOD!

The third surgeon, Dr Aharonov, specializes in doing the hairline lowering procedure in just one step. He had a ton of before and after photos, with close ups of the scar, and I was shocked with how good everyone looked. All of the patients needed the hairline lowered by a lot, just like me. He was extremely nice, and took the time to listen to me. I did a lot of research on the internet, and found Dr Aharonov's website. His photos were really impressive, and current. During the consultation, he couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. But for me, the only thing that matters are the results. He showed me so many before and after pictures of people with really high hairlines, and they all looked fabulous afterwards. Since Dr Aharonov specializes in lowering the hairline in only one step, the choice was easy for me. No way did I want to have two surgeries, and walk around disfigured with a balloon under my scalp for a couple of months! The other doctors tried to tell me that the tissue expander wouldn't be so bad! I was nervous about having surgery, so another positive for me was that Dr Aharonov does all of his procedures with light iv sedation, not a general anesthetic. I don't want to expose myself to the heavy stuff unless I really need it. I didn't feel a thing, and felt great afterwards. Now, 4 months later, I'm so happy with how I look! I can't see the scar, and I know where to look! Everyone keeps telling me how glad they are that I finally got rid of the bangs! There aren't any obvious signs that I had surgery, I just look normal. I'm so glad I didn't get conned into thinking I needed a two stage surgery.
