Eye Bags Treatment

I gave Dr Hansen 5 stars because of his skill and because of the fact that I have no scars. The incisions are under my bottom eyelashes, but they have essentially disappeared! This was the second procedure I had with Dr. Hansen, but I trust his skill and judgement, so I will return to him again. I can't remember the exact $$$ amount for just the lower lids because I also had Botox and a facial TCA peel and I dont remember the cost of the lower lids alone. My total cost for everything was about 3600.00. So worth it to me.

The office staff is friendly, personable, and caring. I felt so secure during the procedure, knowing this. Painless. Dr. Hansen seems to recognize what you envision, and gives his best opinion for achieving this. That was helpful in making my decision in choosing the doctor. I had one other consult.

My experience getting Botox from Dr. David Hansen in Beverly Hills, CA was the worst I could have ever imaginable. I have been using Botox for 10 years and have had only 2 doctors in that 10 year period. I moved to LA and needed to find a doctor to do my Botox. My appointment with Dr. Hansen lasted about 15 minutes. He did not offer me any numbing cream and proceeded to inject me. He seemed to randomly place the needle in my forehead and was a little more gentle around my eye area, he asked me if I ever had Botox injected under my eyes and I said yes. He proceeded to say when it works it looks great but sometime it doesnt work. He injected under my right eye with no problem but when he did the left eye I immediately felt a cold sensation and then a pocket filled with fluid and I couldn't even look down because the pocket was so large. He asked me to hold a gauze pad over the injection area and then I said I think Im going to have a black eye, he escorted me to the front office to check out, I stood there and was feeling out of sorts and commented Im going to have a black eye, and he re appeared with a small ice pack, Kelli and the other girl at the front desk ignored my comments and proceeded to collect my money and out the door I went. I felt very rushed and there was no concern from any of them. The doctor disappeared after he gave me the ice cube. And there was no discussion of what to do about the growing-fluid building up under my eye. It was so bad initially that when I looked down to get the money from my wallet I could see the bump because it blocked my vision. I waited a week and decided to call the office to let them know that I have a significant black eye and also bruises on my forehead which I have had happen on occasion in the past. I realize that there is always the possibility of bruising and have experienced some in the past 10 years of usage. Although I have never had a black eye. And I want to stress that this wasnt just a small area that I could easily cover up, it was my entire under eye area and it was black so coverage was not an option. When I called and spoke with Kelly, I told her who I was and that I wanted to let her know that I have a black eye, and she immediately began to defend the procedure saying that it can happen. She didnt show any concern or empathy and did not let me fully express myself. I didnt get to say anything else and she told me I should have used some arnica to help with the bruising and I said I wish someone would have told me that before I left the office especially knowing I had a black eye before I even left the office. She said that she would let the doctor know and she hung the phone up. Not one word of concern for me. I have not been able to live my normal life for 3 weeks now. I have photographs that I took during the last 3 weeks to document the eye. I have had many appointments that I had to cancel. I am so disappointed with the lack of concern. I know these things can happen, I feel if I was able to voice my concerns and the office staff would have been sympathetic or empathic it would have made all the difference. I did not want my money back but at this point I feel that is the least they could do. They have no idea how this has effected my daily life for the last several weeks, the black eye was still visible after 5 weeks that is how deep the blackness was, needless to say I had to deal with it an try to cover it up or where sunglasses when sometimes they were not appropriate to be wearing. I have never heard from the doctor after Kelli said she would let him know. I would not recommend him to anyone, his bedside manner was poor and he kept tying to sell me a chemical peel all the while he was injecting me. Totally unprofessional.

Thank you so much Dr Hansen. Thank You. Thank You!! you can't possibly really appreciate how this changes a woman's self confidence to have her thighs in proportion to the rest of her body. So, if anyone is concerned about the procedure, I suggest you talk to Dr Hansen and get his opinion and suggestions. I would doubt that anyone could a better job. I felt totally safe during the surgery. I am soooo happy to be down a couple of sizes!!! And, I appreciate that I found a Dr who does not use General Anesthesia when it is not necessary. I knew someone who had liposuction and a facelift from Dr. Hansen, so I had already seen the results up close. For me, it was an easy choice because I have other friends who were unhappy with other doctors. I will Add photos later

Dr. Hansen is excellent at what he does and has many years of experience to prove it. He stays current on new procedures and techniques, is friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions regarding my liposuction procedures. I was referred to him by a close friend. Dr. Hansen has a friendly and funny personality, so he made me feel at ease during the procedures. He is very prompt on appointments and I am seen within 5 minutes of arriving at his office. His office staff is very friendly and is knowledgeable about the procedures and products that Dr. Hansen offers in his practice. He is very caring and takes his time during the procedure, which I think is important in achieving great results. I have received so many compliments from my friends and colleagues, and my confidence has boosted since having liposuction. If you are looking to have lipsosuction, Dr. Hansen should be your surgeon! He is excellent and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon!
