Is there a way to have minor liposuction on my chin with a fast recovery time? I'm a busy guy, so I don't have time to hand around waiting for a cosmetic procedure to heal, so if there is a way to recover faster than average that would be best.
The reality is that there's not magic bullet when it comes to healing after liposuction. If you want to get good results then you need to do an adequate procedure which calls for some healing. However, healing after chin liposuction isn't particularly rough. You'll be looking and about 4 to 5 days of fullness and tenderness. It is possible to have some bruising which would be the most noticeable sign of having had a the procedure performed. You're fine to going out in about 5 days. Have it done on Thursday or Friday and go to work on Monday or Tuesday.
You can take Arnica Montana before and after the procedure and eat Kiwi a few times a day after helps.
What you will have to wait on is the final result. About a week after the procedure you may only see a mild improvement. What you'll find is that with each passing week your chin and neck looks better and better. It's a great evolution.
Best of luck

I am a 24 year old male. 5'9" and 138 pounds. I'm really skinny, but my jawline is not defined at all and I have a small double chin as well. It's really bothering me. I'd like to have a defined and chiseled jawline I usually hold my head a little pushed forward to hide it but I'm assuming that's not so good for my neck either. I tried doing different kinds of neck- and jaw exercises but they didn't work. Can a chin liposuction be the solution?
Hi Aaron. Thanks for sharing your photos with us. It is unlikely that you have enough fat in your neck to warrant a liposuction. Your profile view reveals a small chin. An appropriate chin implant will give you more projection of the region with the added benefit of reducing the sagging skin causing the appearance of a double chin. Good luck.
What other benefits would I see after having a chin laser lipo?
Great question! The answer is that there is no scientific evidence that laser lipo offers any benefits over standard liposuction for the neck. The retraction of the overlying skin has to do with its turgor rather than the instrument used to remove the fat.
