I couldn't be happier about my experience with Dr Miller, Sandi, and their entire staff. Dr Miller takes extreme pride in his work and is a perfectionist in every way. The results have exceeded my expectations by miles. My procedure was a 60th birthday gift to myself and it was definitely worth it. I probably shed at least 15 years off my appearance and corrected nagging facial features that I've had forever. His prices are about half of those quoted to me by physicians in Newport and I'm 100% confident that my care equaled or exceeded other physicians in the area.

Sandi Knox was very professional, loving, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. She never made me feel I was a burden even though I had some personal complications. These issues were through no fault of the doctor or staff, but were from pre-existing conditions. Dr Miller helped me work through them. There is an after hours number to call if you have any issues and they are responsive. Dr Timothy Miller is a very skilled, double board certified surgeon. He walked me through the options in a no nonsense way and answered all my questions prior to the surgery. When I had issues, he was available and addressed all my concerns. The results are amazing. Before the procedure, I was starting to notice neck skin laxity and overall skin dullness. My profile was a hot mess. I had been through a couple of rough years and decided to invest in myself. I opted for Total FX + Fractional CO2 Laser and High SMAS face and neck lift. I am very happy with the results and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor or supporting staff. I just feel like I am a refreshed, younger looking version of myself. Being able to stay overnight after the procedure at their clinic put my mind at ease and they were very attentive to my well being after. Sandi set several follow up appointments to track my healing progress. If you are thinking of having these types of procedures, you will be in safe hands with Dr Miller and Refreshed Aesthetics.

My experience with Dr. Miller and his office team was amazing. He never was rushed and his office is like a boutique instead of a large crowded room. He focuses on details. He needed to redo a sloppy facelift (not done by him) hiding all of the old scars while also refreshing my face with a lower facelift. He also did a CO2 laser treatment to my face which helped with removing wrinkles and brown spots. I can’t believe the results. I look 20 years younger and I look natural. Best of all I had a great experience!

I can't say enough about the artistry and experience I had with Dr Miller. Dr Miller put me at ease initially with his consultation, very conservative and consultative. Sandi Knox (his right hand) made sure everything from scheduling to post op went smoothly. I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty plus a deep plane neck and mid face lift and I am so very pleased with the results! No one would guess I have had anything done (he hides the scares SO well!) and yet when I compare the before and after photos I am shocked at how much fresher I look! It's a bit scary to have this type of work done and yet I feel that I couldn't have chosen a better surgeon for the job. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and his staff for anyone considering facial plastic surgery.

Thank you Dr. Miller! I am a repeat customer, and when I had a sculptra injection go bad (and let me clarify that Dr. Miller did not do the sculptra treatment), I was hoping he could help. That he did! In addition to a mini-lift and CO2 laser, he went above and beyond to remove a number of nodules. This was not easy. He went above and beyond, and was very successful in correcting my concerns. I'm not sure there is another surgeon who would have done the job he did! As always, Sandi is so helpful, caring and joyful throughout the process, calming the normal fears. She helped with specific details for preparation and recovery, that made me feel secure that the all would go smoothly. The nurses who assisted were phenomenal. The facility is pristine, and I really appreciate the surgical center being on the premises. I would not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Miller.

I suppose like many of us considering surgery, one day you look in the mirror and you don’t really recognize the person looking back. That happened to me, and I knew it was finally time to do something about it. I had no concerns about choosing Dr. Miller for this surgery. I’ve been familiar with Dr. Miller for several years and I admire his work as well as his demeanor. He is easy to talk to and very thorough with his explanations of what to expect for the upcoming procedure. When I decided it was time, I reached out to Sandi (Dr. Miller’s Surgical Coordinator) to get the process started. Sandi was easy to talk to, very professional and I knew I was in good hands right from the start. When I arrived on the day of the surgery, I was really at ease because I had complete confidence in Dr. Miller and his team. The surgery went smoothly and afterwards I was taken to a recovery room, where I met Dr. Miller’s night nurse. She also took very good care of me. I was very comfortable and if I needed anything, it was provided immediately. The following day when the bandages came off and I went home, I took my first long look in the mirror, and I was simply gobsmacked. I couldn’t believe the person looking back at me… was me. The results were even better than I thought possible. The improvement was remarkable. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Miller. He is an exceptional surgeon and top of that, a nice guy. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and he has surrounded himself with an exceptional team. If I ever decide to have another facial surgery, Dr. Miller will be my choice.

When I first decided that my face was aging faster than by energy level, I knew I had to find a surgeon that I could trust. After much research, and a consultation with Dr. Timothy Miller, I knew that he would be that person. I paid attention to the fact that is double board certified, and specializes in the face, neck, and ear areas. I wanted a specialist, and got exactly everything I was looking for. A very good listener, he also advises without pushing, so you make informed decisions based on your individual needs, and his expertise. I just turned 76 years old, blessed with excellent health. I go hiking and love gardening with sun protection and I’m careful to eat healthy. I feel I must do my part if I have the best surgeon and staff doing their best. Dr. Miller has gathering together a wonderful team of nurses, and a Surgical team coordinator, Sandi Knox who was the enthusiastic communicator for all my questions and concerns. This reflects all of Dr. Miller’s highest standards making me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Miller is not only an excellent surgeon, but a facial artist. I am 500% pleased with my results on upper and lower eyelid surgery, a lower face lift, and a neck lift as well-as laser CO2 resurfacing of my entire face I feel that I look 20 years younger, but natural. This has been life-changing in my confidence level, with all my relationships. The benefits and rewards go 24/7 in every aspect of how I feel inside. Dr. Timothy Miller is sincere, and committed to his patients. His patience and listening ability exceeds any doctor I have ever met. He gives every respect and empathy to one’s feelings. I had a lower face lift, neck lift and co2 laser treatment in December of 2023. Dr. Miller and the entire staff were wonderful. I am very happy with the results and the entire experience. Sandi helped me get all the pre-surgery labs and tests done and was so kind during the whole process. She even called after the surgery to check in. The surgery staff was amazing. I stayed over night at his facility after the procedure with a wonderful nurse. My overall recovery was a little slower than most so I probably had a few more follow up visits than most, which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Miller even re-pierced my ears for me once my healing was far enough along. Dr. Miller is very kind, thoughtful, thorough and actually runs on time! :-)

This is my second procedure with Dr.Miller. I got an upper and lower blepharoplasty and I am extremely happy with the results. I really enjoy this office, everyone is very caring and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and will be going back for my next procedure.
