Outstanding service and care in every way, well deserved rating. On-line searched of the top rated plastic surgeons in Vancouver, BC and Dr. Buonassisi is one of them, I read the reviews as well as the various consultations with other surgeons played a very important role on my final decision.

I'm extremely happy with Dr. Buonassisi's work. I love my nose and it seems to change for the better everyday. He was honest with what he could and couldn't do. He didn't over promise anything. We were on the same page about wanting to achieve the most natural results by working with my nose and making subtle changes. Not by reconstructing it to get the "ideal" nose, whatever that is. That was very important to me. My results surpassed my expectations immensely. I knew he was going to be good but this good?! Dr. B is very well qualified and knows his stuff. He was the perfect PS for me. His staff (Angie and Katie) are very knowledgeable and professional, but most of all welcoming and friendly. Going to a PS's office was intimidating for me but as soon as I met Angie I relaxed. Thank you 8 West!

Dr. Buonassisi is professional, but also very friendly and approachable. He will answer any questions you may have to the best of his abilities. It was very easy to book an appointment with him and his director, Angie, is very friendly too. I chose Dr. Buonassisi because of his expertise in facial plastic surgery. He showed me photos of his previous patients who had gone through the procedure he recommended me and they were astonishing.

I definitely recommend Dr. Bounassisi! I really believe that his work is 5 star. I chose him because of his excellent reviews on real self and his professional image he portrayed on his website. After further meeting him and feeling confident in his work it was a no brainer to choose him.

Dr. Buonassisi and his team of nurses are so nice and caring and they made me feel really comfortable. My results are exactly how I wanted my nose to look. He was very realistic on what he could and couldn't do for me and I would recommend him to everyone! I gave 4 stars for responsiveness because sometimes it took a while for his staff to get back to me, but overall everyone who works for him is great!

Neck Lift
I went for my consultation in Dec, I could've had the procedure done a couple months later (It takes longer to get a dental appointment in some cities) but I chose to do it when I had vacation time. Everything was explained to me fully, and if I had any questions I could email and they would respond to me that day. I chose Dr. B simply by researching him on the internet. He was located semi-close to home, he's board certified, he's not only and ENT but also part of the respirology department at Lions Gate Hospital (possibly head of the department?) he had good comments on Rate My MD, and to be honest, a very kind face and good teeth :) After meeting him for the first time, I found he put me at ease, was nonchalant but not flippant, was funny but very professional as well. His staff is excellent. I never felt judged or pressured. His office was very clean and private. I felt very comfortable with everything and everyone. All in all, the best experience I could ask for. Dr. B is a warm, charming, funny, talented surgeon and I would I would feel completely confident in recommending him to anyone who wants to change something about themselves. His staff is super supportive, relate-able, friendly, and always very prompt in responding to emails or phone calls. It was absolutely worth every penny and the only downside is... I wish I'd done it sooner!!!!

Two of my gfs went to him before their wedding. And he did an amazing job. When I looked at them i had no idea that they had their noses done, but i knew something was different that made their profile much more beautiful. Dr. Bounassisi is very professional, and honest. He doesnt try to give you the perfect nose. I had been to many different surgeons for consultation, and they all have the same nose they do on everyone. Dr. B makes sure you look natural & that the nose is the right shape for your face.

I had many friends that also has had surgery with Dr.Buonassisi, and they mentioned that he specialized in asian eyelid surgery, they definately highly recommended me to see him. Dr.Buonassisi was very helpful with answering all my questions also he really well prepared me on the surgery. I knew he was someone I definately wanted to deal with.

I think he is an overall amazing Dr. I found him through researching online & am glad I chose him! Dr. Buonnassisi is an amazing surgeon! My surgeries were all done at the same time & recovery was a breeze! I had no discomfort nor pain & went about my daily activities in no time. There were no diffuculties or problems during or after surgery. I am very pleased with the results. Plastic surgery is an improvement to your looks & Dr. Buonnassisi is very honest and upfront about realistic outcomes & he will tell you whether what you wish for may or not not be achieved. He is very knowlegeble & professional. I would highly reccommend him as your surgeon if you are looking into plastic surgery, look no further he is your go to guy! =)

On my first consultation Dr Buonassisi answered all my questions, found a creative solution to my problem, spent as much time as I needed. Lots of info provided. Clinic very clean and well run. Dr. Buonassisi and his staff provide excellent care and the results of my soft lift are better than I had hoped. I am in my sixties and have been delaying a facelift for a few years with regular botox and filler injections with Dr. Buonassisi. He adds volume to my cheeks, and fills naso labial folds and marionette lines. My jowls get worse every year and I will have a facelift with Dr. Buonassisi perhaps next year, but for now I am very happy with the results. He is expensive but I like seeing and surgeon for my treatment. The clinic is beautiful and has great parking.

8-West is the first Vancouver cosmetic surgeon to come up in a google search, and that position is well deserved. He's the top cosmetic surgeon in the city, by far! Dr Buonassisi's care, skill and expertise granted me a 20 year wish – to correct my nose, broken by a stray baseball when I was a child. I have spent so many years photoshopping my nose to look prettier, and now I don't have to do that anymore! My experience from the time I wrote my first inquiry email right up to the final after-care appointment was perfect - I wouldn't have changed a thing. I chose these ratings because Dr.Buonassisi and his staff at his clinic are efficient, honest, educated, professional, and caring. Often you go visit a doctor or a health professional and you wish to have the feeling of "being taken care of" on a personal and professional level. Dr. Buonassisi and his staff not only provided that but also left an impression that they really care especially in the follow up procedures. I researched Dr.Buonassisi online and heard some pretty good reviews from friends who also had procedures done there, they were mainly the double eyelid surgery.

I had lower eyelid surgery done by Dr. Buonassisi about five weeks ago. I suffered for many years with bags under my eyes and people telling me I looked tired even when I wasn't. After years of frustration I shopped around for cosmetic surgery in Vancouver and after communicating with a number of cosmetic surgeons I found Dr. Bounassisi at 8West Costmetic Surgery and liked him and his staff from the start. From the initial email exchange to my first phonecall and in-person consultation I was very impressed with Dr. Buonassisi and all his support staff. I felt welcomed and all my questions were answered in a factual, no-nonsense way.

I spoke to several other practitioners regarding otoplasty, but was really taken aback after speaking with Mandy at Dr. B's office. She REALLY knows what she is talking about, and is truly an excellent communicator. 10 minutes on the phone with her and I found myself in a hurry to proceed... Top marks for her as I am so impressed! Met Dr. B and the great experience continued. He is VERY approachable, a GREAT listener, and totally "STRAIGHT UP" -which I for one, sure appreciate. Fortunately. his skills are brilliant too. He did an awesome job and I just couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

Facelift
Dr Buonassisi put me at ease and answered all my questions.He explained all my options and advised me that a short incision facelift would be good for me. I felt like I was in good hands..........play on words! Seriously, I felt he really knew his stuff. I booked an appointment for the Christmas holiday. I had a few months to worry about it however my surgery went very well . The surgical center was clean,professional and friendly. The staff put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr Bounassisi. He made him self available to me for any question during Christmas and I never felt like I was bothering him.I really appreciated that as I tend to worry alot.lol He and his staff are really friendly,professional and knowledgeable.

Heard of Dr. B on realself and then researched him on his website and ratemds.com. He has fantastic ratings and reviews, and I found him compassionate, passionate, honest, and professional during my 1.5 hour consultation with him. I felt I could trust him, and although I'm only a few hours out of surgery, I know I made the right choice. He was kind and reassuring during the surgery, and came in to check on me afterwards, before his next patient's procedure. He's fantastic and has a natural talent and eye for this kind of stuff - I'd recommend him to anybody interested in getting rhinoplasty.
