I had my breast augmentation procedure with Dr Phoon around 2 months ago. The team has always been kind, approchable, and very helpful when I have any questions pre and post surgery. Dr. Phoon's skill is also top notched, from planning the size of the implants with me to the procedure and then the after surgery care - I absolutely enjoy the journey and LOVE my new boobs. Dr Phoon completed a Breast Explant and lift for me, and I am already so very happy with the result 11 days in. The process was seamless from start to finish. The care I received was exceptional and my recovery has been so easy thus far. If you are contemplating a breast explant and lift, do it! I love my new breasts already. I am 68 yrs old and had a very successful breast reduction done by Dr Phoon so, once that was healed, I was keen to go ahead and have brachioplasty (arm lift). It was a tremendous success and I am extremely happy. It's made a huge difference to my confidence and to the types of clothes I can wear. I can highly recommend Dr Alex Phoon.

In summary excellent experience with Dr Phoon-he truly understood my needs. I strongly recommend his professionalism, hassle free approach, responsiveness to post surgery issues/queries, pricing and team to anyone who’s considering BA. I consulted 3 docs before choosing Dr Phoon. The others like to tell you all the nitty gritties and theories behind the surgery or tell you what they like most/think is the most beautiful/successful result. Some charge extra for grafting and will go a long way convincing you to get grafting. However, Dr Phoon connects with you and truly understands your needs. I got 340cc and ended having the fullest result without appearing fake. He also included fat grafting, Keller Funnel as part of the flat rate package of $12,000 as he stated that it’s all part of the surgery to achieve the overall look-as far as I was concerned, that really was the single thing I cared about (I wouldn’t know the intricacies between various types/steps to achieve the final outcome). I was a bit unlucky and unfortunately had some after surgery complication. However as soon as it happened, I sent in the pictures to Dr Phoon’s office, and they organised a secondary surgery straight away in a local public hospital. Within a few hours, Dr Phoon completely a secondary surgery. The incident prolonged the recovery by 2 weeks. However, I’m 4 months since the surgery and the result looks and feels amazing. There is always a risk when it comes to surgery. It’s important how your doc deals with it. Great practice, price, supporting staff, beautiful office and beautiful people! I’m glad I made the decision to get BA and chose Dr Phoon. I will go back if I ever get boob greed :p

I was worried that at 68 I was too old for a breast lift but my fears were completely unfounded. Dr Alex Phoon did an exceptionally good job and I am delighted with the results. Dr Phoon and his entire team were just lovely. I’ve now booked to have Brachioplasty so that my arms match my new perky breasts. : )

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! I couldn't be happier with the end results and Dr Phoon was incredible every step of the way. The consultation was long, thorough and he was very clear about what would and wouldn't work for my body shape and size.
