I was really nervous when I first walked through the clinic’s doors. For Dr. Richardson and his team, it was just another regular day—but for me, it was a big moment. I was surprised by how calm and nonchalant he seemed during our first session, and I honestly wondered if it meant he wasn’t really interested in my case. Later on, after speaking with one of his lovely team members, I understood that this calm demeanor simply came from his experience. After all, this is what he does every day. At the second appointment, I noticed a shift in his attitude. I guess he sees so many first consultations that it takes a follow-up to develop a more personal connection. That time, I felt more warmth and empathy, and I realized how gentle he truly is. Dr. Richardson’s team was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful—whether by email, over the phone, or in person. Dr. Richardson will absolutely answer your questions if you have them, but he won’t overwhelm you with information or create unnecessary doubts. For instance, he doesn’t use 3D simulations because he believes they can create unrealistic expectations. Instead, he told me that he will do everything to create de best version of MY breast. You can choose a size, but your final result will depend on how your body responds. I absolutely love my results and I’m so glad I went with the largest size that suited both my body and the technique we agreed on. They look wonderful, and I feel so much more confident wearing more revealing clothes now. It's been six months now, and I feel amazing.
